Abstract
본 고안은 자동차용 시트에 관한 것으로, 시트쿠션(10)과 시트백(20)으로 구성된 자동차용 시트에 있어서, 상기 시트쿠션(10)의 상면 앞쪽에 형성된 공간부(30)와, 상기 공간부(30)에 매입되며 상향으로 회동가능하게 후단이 상기 시트쿠션(10)의 프레임(11)에 힌지(41)로 연결된 회동쿠션(40)과, 상기 회동쿠션(40)을 상기 시트쿠션(10)의 상향으로 회동시킬 수 있도록 로드(51)가 상기 회동쿠션(40)의 저면에 연결시켜 상기 시트쿠션(10)의 프레임(11)에 고정시킨 엑튜에이터(50)와, 자동차의 전방충돌시 이를 감지하는 충돌센서(60)와, 상기 충돌센서(60)의 충돌신호에 따라 상기 엑튜에이터(50)를 구동시키기 위한 제어부(70)로 구성한 것에 그 특징이 있다.
Description
본 고안은 자동차용 시트에 관한 것으로, 더 상세히는 차량의 전방충돌시 관성에 의하여 승객의 하체가 앞으로 이동되는 것을 저지하여 줄 수 있도록 한 자동차용 시트에 관한 것이다.
도1은 일반적인 자동차용 시트의 설치상태 사시도이다.
도1에 도시한 바와같이, 일반적인 자동차용 시트는 시트쿠션(1)과 시트백(20) 그리고 헤드레스트(3)로 구성된다. 시트쿠션(1)은 엉덩이부분을 받쳐주는 부분이고 시트백(2)은 등부분을 받쳐주며 헤드레스트(3)는 머리부분을 받쳐주는 부분에 해당된다.
일반적으로 자동차용 시트의 시트쿠션(1)은 대체로 그 상면을 평평하게 설계하여 여행시 피로를 쉽게 느끼지 않도록 하고 있다.
그러나, 종래와 같은 자동차용 시트는 자동차의 전방충돌시 관성에 의하여 승객의 하체가 앞으로 쉽게 이동되므로 탑승자의 하체가 인스트루먼트 패널에 부딪쳐 큰 부상을 당하는 경우가 많았다.
본 고안은 이러한 종래의 문제점을 감안한 것으로, 차량의 전방충돌시 관성에 의하여 승객의 하체가 앞으로 이동되는 것을 저지하여 줄 수 있도록 시트쿠션의 일부가 상향으로 돌출되는 구조로된 자동차용 시트를 제공하고자 한다.

본 고안에 따르면, 시트쿠션(10)과 시트백(20)으로 구성된 자동차용 시트에 있어서,
상기 시트쿠션(10)의 상면 앞쪽에 형성된 공간부(30)와, 상기 공간부(30)에 매입되며 상향으로 회동가능하게 후단이 상기 시트쿠션(10)의 프레임(11)에 힌지(41)로 연결된 회동쿠션(40)과, 상기 회동쿠션(40)을 상기 시트쿠션(10)의 상향으로 회동시킬 수 있도록 로드(51)가 상기 회동쿠션(40)의 저면에 연결시켜 상기 시트쿠션(10)의 프레임(11)에 고정시킨 엑튜에이터(50)와, 자동차의 전방충돌시 이를 감지하는 충돌센서(60)와, 상기 충돌센서(60)의 충돌신호에 따라 상기 엑튜에이터(50)를 구동시키기 위한 제어부(70)로 구성한 것에 그 특징이 있다.
미설명 부호 80은 배터리이다.
이하, 본 고안의 바람직한 실시예를 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명한다.
도2는 본 고안에 따른 자동차용 시트의 구성도이고, 도3은 본 고안에 따른 자동차용 시트의 작동상태 사시도이다.
도2에 도시한 바와같이, 공간부(30)는 시트쿠션(10)의 앞쪽을 함몰되게 하여 형성하였으며, 이 공간부(30)에 회동쿠션(40)을 설치한다.
회동쿠션(40)은 탑승자의 허벅지를 받쳐주기에 적당한 형태로 형성하고 그 후단을 힌지(41)로 고정함으로써 그 앞부분이 상향으로 회동가능하게 설치한다.
엑튜에이터(50)는 솔레노이드나 공압실린더, 또는 공압실린더를 사용하는 것이 바람직하며, 설치시에는 그 로드(51)를 회동쿠션(40)의 하단부에 연결시켜 작동시 회동쿠션(40)이 일정각도로 상방으로 회동될 수 있도록 한다.
충돌센서(60)는 차체의 앞부분에 설치하여 일정한도이상의 충격을 감지할 수 있도록 하며, 에어백(20)이 설치된 차량일 경우 에어백(20)에 설치되는 것과 겸용할 수도 있다.
제어부(70)는 충돌센서(60)의 출력에 따라 제어신호를 발생하여 엑튜에이터(50)를 구동시킬 수 있도록 충돌센서(60)와 배터리(80)와 전기적으로 회로구성하여 연결시킨다.
이러한 구성으로 된, 본 고안은, 도3에 도시한 바와같이, 자동차의 전방충돌시 충돌센서(60)가 충격력을 감지하여 신호를 발생하면, 제어부(70)의 제어에 의하여 엑튜에이터(50)가 구동된다. 엑투에이터(50)의 구동에 따라 회동쿠션(40)이 힌지(41)를 중심으로 회동함으로 탑승자의 허벅지를 들어 올려주게 된다. 따라서, 자동차의 전방충돌에 의한 관성으로 탑승자가 전방으로 이동되려는 것을 저지함으로써 탑승자의 하체가 인스트루먼트 패널에 부딪치지 않도록 하여준다.
상술한 바와같이, 본 고안에 따른 자동차용 시트는 차량의 전방충돌시 시트쿠션(10)의 일부가 상향으로 돌출되게 하여 승객의 하체가 앞으로 이동되는 것을 저지하여 주므로 자동차의 충돌사고시 탑승자의 하체가 인스트루먼트 패널에 부딪치는 부상을 줄여주는 효과가 있다.

- 시트쿠션(10)과 시트백(20)으로 구성된 자동차용 시트에 있어서,상기 시트쿠션(10)의 상면 앞쪽에 형성된 공간부(30)와, 상기 공간부(30)에 매입되며 상향으로 회동가능하게 후단이 상기 시트쿠션(10)의 프레임(11)에 힌지(41)로 연결된 회동쿠션(40)과, 상기 회동쿠션(40)을 상기 시트쿠션(10)의 상향으로 회동시킬 수 있도록 로드(51)가 상기 회동쿠션(40)의 저면에 연결시켜 상기 시트쿠션(10)의 프레임(11)에 고정시킨 엑튜에이터(50)와, 자동차의 전방충돌시 이를 감지하는 충돌센서(60)와, 상기 충돌센서(60)의 충돌신호에 따라 상기 엑튜에이터(50)를 구동시키기 위한 제어부(70)로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 시트
