Abstract

본 고안은 차량의 시트 보호대 조절장치에 관한 것으로, 시트(20)의 등받이(21) 좌우에 만곡된 아암(23a,23b)을 수평으로 설치하고, 상기 아암(23a,23b)의 외측단부에 시트 보호대(22a,22b)를 각각 부착하되, 아암(23a,23b)를 전후 좌우 조절수단으로 결합시켜 운전자나 탑승자의 체형에 알맞게 조절하여 사용할 수 있도록 함으로써 차량의 주행중 코너링시 쏠림을 방지하여 안전운행을 도모하고 쾌적한 드라이브 환경을 제공할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

Description

차량의 시트 보호대 조절장치
본 고안은 차량의 시트 보호대 조절장치에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 시트의 등받이 좌우에 시트 보호대를 설치하여 시트 보호대를 전후 좌우로 이동시켜 운전자나 탑승자의 체형에 맞게 조절하여 사용할 수 있게 함으로써, 운전자 또는 탑승자에게 안락함을 제공함과 동시에 쾌적한 드라이브 환경을 조성할 수 있도록 한 차량의 시트 보호대 조절장치에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 차량시트는 보호대가 설치되지 않아 차량의 주행중 코너링등으로 좌 또는 우측으로 쏠림 발생시 탑승자 또는 운전자의 신체가 급격하게 측방으로 쏠림이 발생하여 안락함을 제공하지 못할 뿐 아니라, 운전자의 경우 이로 인하여 스티어링 휠의 조작력이 떨어져 안전사고의 발생이 우려되는 문제점이 있었다.
또한 위와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 시트에 시트 보호대를 설치한 경우에 있으나, 이는 시트의 등받이 좌우에 시트 보호대가 고정설치되어 운전자 또는 탑승자의 신체적 특성을 알맞게 조절할 수 없는 결점이 있었다.
따라서 본 고안은 상기한 문제점을 해소하기 위하여 안출한 것으로, 그 목적은 시트의 등받이 좌우에 시트 보호대를 설치하고, 시트 보호대를 전후 또는 좌우로 조절할 수 있게 하여 운전자 또는 탑승자가 자신의 신체 구조에 알맞게 조절하여 사용할 수 있도록 함으로써 제품에 대한 상품성과 신뢰성을 증대시킴은 물론 차량 코너링시 좌우 쏠림을 억제하여 운전자의 스티어링 휠 조작력이 떨어지는 것을 방지하고, 운전자와 탑승자에게 안락함을 제공함과 동시에 쾌적한 드라이브 환경을 조성할 수 있도록 하는 차량의 시트 보호대 조절장치를 제공하는 데 있다.
위와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 고안은 시트의 등받이 좌우에 아암을 수평으로 만곡되게 부착하고, 아암에 각각 부착한 시트 보호대와; 상기 시트에 전후 작동 랙기어를 설치하고, 랙기어에 구동모터의 회전축에 결합된 피니언 기어를 치차 결합시키며, 상기 좌우 아암 각각에 랙기어를 형성하여 상호 마주보게 하되, 랙기어 사이에 구동모터의 회전축에 부착된 피니언 기어를 치차결합시킨 작동부로 구성함을 그 기술적 구성상의 기본 특징으로 한다.

위와 같이 구성된 본 고안의 실시예를 첨부된 도면을 참조하면서 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 1 내지 도 4에 나타낸 바와 같이, 작동부(10)는 시트(20)의 등받이(21)내부에 전후 작동 랙기어(11)을 전후 방향으로 설치하고, 전후 작동랙기어(11)에 피니언 기어(13)를 치차결합시키되, 피니언 기어의 중심에 구동모터(12)의 회전축을 결합시킨다.
또한 시트(20)의 등받이(21) 좌우에 아암(23a,23b)을 수평으로 결합시키고, 아암(23a,23b)의 외측단부 각각에 시트 보호대(22a,22b)를 부착하되, 상기 아암(23a,23b)의 내측단부를 상호 겹쳐 마주보게 하고 마주보는 위치에 좌우 작동 랙기어(14,14b)을 형성하며, 좌우 작동 랙기어(14a,14b)에 피니언 기어(16)를 끼워 좌우 작동 랙기어(14a,14b)와 상호 치차결합시키고, 피니언기어(16)의 중심에 구동모터(15)의 회전축으로 결합시킨다.
또한 제어부(30)는 상기 구동모터(12,15) 각각에 이그니션 출력과 시트 보호대(22a,22b)에 설치한 압력센서(31a,31b)를 접속하되, 압력센서(31a,31b)를 릴레이(32a,32b)의 코일에 접속하고, 이그니션 출력에 릴레이(32a,32b)의 스위치를 접속하여 구성한다.
이러한 본 고안의 작용을 설명하면 다음과 같다.
운전자 또는 탑승자가 차량에 탑승한 후 시트 지지대를 작동시키면 릴레이(32a,32b)를 여자시켜 이그니션 출력을 구동모터(12,15)에 인가하여 구동모터(12,15)가 정회전하여 피니언기어(13,16)를 회전시키면 아암(23a,23b)에 형성된 좌우 작동 랙기어(14a,14b)가 직선운동하여 만곡된 아암(23a,23b)을 좌우로 이동시켜 운전자 또는 탑승자의 신체에 밀착시킴과 동시에 상기 아암(23a,23b)의 하측에 설치된 전후 작동 랙기어(11)가 전방으로 직선운동하게 되어 탑승자 또는 운전자의 신체에 알맞게 시트 보호대(22a,22b)가 밀착되고, 이때 시트 보호대(22a,22b)에 설치딘 압력센서(31a,31b)가 이를 감지하여 릴레이(32a,32b)을 오프시켜 구동모터(12,15)을 정지시켜 시트 보호대(22a,22b)를 고정시킨다.
이상에서 살펴본 바와 같이, 본 고안은 시트의 등받이 좌우에 시트 보호대를 설치하여 운전자 또는 탑승자의 탑승시 신체에 알맞게 조절되도록 함으로써, 운전자와 탑승자를 지지하여 주행중 코너링시 측방으로 쏠림을 방지하여 안전운행을 도모하고, 쾌적한 드라이브 환경을 제공할 수 있는 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 시트의 등받이 좌우에 아암은 수평으로 만곡시켜 결합하고, 아암에 외측단부에 각각 부착한 시트 보호대와; 상기 시트에 전후 작동 랙기어를 설치하고, 구동모터의 회전축에 상기 랙 기어와 치차 결합되는 피니언 기어를 부착하며, 상기 좌우 아암의 내측단부 각각에 랙기어를 형성하여 상호 마주보게 하되, 구동모터의 회전축에 부착된 피니언 기어를 치차결합시킨 작동부와; 상기 시트 보호대에 압력센서를 설치하고; 구동모터를 제어하는 제어부로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 시트 보호대 조절장치.
