실험예 1. 항염 및 항산화 평가Experimental Example 1. Anti-inflammatory and antioxidant evaluation

(i) 펩톤 10 내지 15 중량부, 효모 추출물 3 내지 7 중량부, 맥아 추출물 0.5 내지 2 중량부, 포도당 1 내지 3 중량부 및 증류수 60 내지 80 중량부의 중량 비율로 배합된 혼합액에 스트렙토코쿠스 테르모필루스(Streptococcus thermophilus) 및 아스퍼질러스 오리제(Aspergillus oryzae) 의 균주가 첨가되고, 35 내지 40℃의 온도에서 20 내지 60시간 동안 배양하여 배양액이 제조된 후,
(ii) 상기 배양액에 참당귀뿌리 8 내지 12 중량부, 고삼뿌리8 내지 12 중량부, 하수오뿌리8 내지 12 중량부, 지치뿌리8 내지 12 중량부, 뽕나무뿌리8 내지 12 중량부, 호장근뿌리8 내지 12 중량부, 및 창포뿌리8 내지 12 중량부를 혼합하고, 35 내지 40℃의 온도에서 20 내지 60시간 추가로 배양한 후,
(iii) 여과 및 건조하여 수득되는 것인, 샴푸용 조성물.
