Abstract

본 발명은 강정제조기에 관한 것으로 보다 구체적인 것은, 곡물이나 견과류와 같은 재료를 튀기거나 볶은 다음, 물엿이나 조청을 가해 결합시킨 강정제조용 결합체를 이동판의 틀체에 펼쳐서 일정두께로 펼쳐서 굳힌 다음, 틀체를 제거하고, 강정결합체가 적재된 이동판을 절단부로 이동시켜 가로세로 방향으로 분할하는 것에 있어서 원형칼의 표면에 강정결합체의 결합제나 절단물 부스러기가 부착되지 않도록 원형탈 청소구를 장치하여서 되는 강정제조기이다.

강정 제조기{MACHINE FOR SWEET RICE COOKIE}
본 발명은 강정제조기에 관한 것으로 보다 구체적인 것은, 곡물이나 견과류와 같은 재료를 튀기거나 볶은 다음, 물엿이나 조청을 가해 결합시킨 강정제조용 결합체를 이동판의 틀체에 펼쳐서 일정두께로 펼쳐서 굳힌 다음, 틀체를 제거하고, 강정결합체가 적재된 이동판을 절단부로 이동시켜 가로세로 방향으로 분할하는 것에 있어서 원형칼의 표면에 강정결합체의 결합제나 절단물 부스러기가 부착되지 않도록 원형탈 청소구를 장치하여서 되는 강정제조기이다.
강정은 튀기거나 볶은 곡물을 물엿이나 조청을 가해 결합시켜 강정제조용 결합체를 조성하고, 강정제조용 결합체를 평판위에 펼쳐서 원형칼로 절단하여 분할하기 때문에 절단단계에서 원형칼의 표면에 강정 제조용 결합체의 결합제가 접촉하게 되고, 점성물이 누적되어 칼날이 두터워지기 때문에 절단작업이 여의치 못하게 되므로, 작업을 중단하고 칼날을 청소해야 하는바, 작업의 연속성이 중단되는 불편이 생긴다.
본 발명은 상기 불편을 개선하기 위해 개발된 것이다.
즉, 종래의 강정 제조기는 직4각형 평판으로 된 작업대를 중앙부에서 좌우로 구분하고, 좌우로 구분되는 구분선의 전방과 후방에 작업대 상면에서 수직으로 돌출되게 돌출지지부를 형성하여 돌출지지부 상측에는 원형칼지지부를 형성하고, 하측에는 이송롤러지지부를 형성하여 이송롤러와, 원형칼을 배치하고, 우측작업대 상면에 이송판을 거치하여 이송판 위에 강정결합체를 적재하여 펼치고, 강정결합체가 굳으면 이송판을 반대측으로 밀어서 이송롤러와 원형칼 사이로 통과시켜 이송판 상면에 적재된 강정결합체를 원형칼로 절단하여 분할하도록 되어 있다.
따라서 원형칼에는 강정결합체를 제조할 때, 사용한 물엿이나 조청과 같은 결합제 성분이 묻어 나게 되고, 회수를 거듭함에 따라 누적되어 그 양이 많아지면 칼날이 두터워져 절단작업이 어렵게 되므로 작업을 중단하고, 원형칼에 묻어 있는 결합제를 청소해야 하므로, 작업능률이 떨어지는 불편이 있었다.

본 발명은 상기 불편을 해소하기 위하여 개발된 것이다.
본 발명은 일정높이를 가지는 지지틀(1) 상면에 직4각형 평판으로 된 작업대(2)를 배치하여 작업대(2)가 좌우로 구획되게 좌우구획부(2a)을 형성하여 좌우구획부 양측에 우측작업대(21)와 좌측작업대(22)를 형성하고, 작업대 상면에 이송판(7)과 강정결합체수용틀체(7a)를 배치하며, 좌우구획부와 좌측작업대(22) 좌측단부 전방과 후방에 각각 작업대 상면에서 직각되는 방향으로 돌출되게 돌출지지부(3)(3a)를 형성하여 돌출지지부 상측에는 상단이 개방된 지지홈(30)을 형성하고, 지지홈의 개방부 상단에 개방부를 개폐하는 개폐편(31)을 장치하며, 지지홈(30) 하측에 축잡이(32)를 형성하여 지지홈(30)에는 원형칼(5) 회전축(5a)의 전후단이 지지되는 축잡이(51)를 결합하고, 축잡이(32)에는 이송롤러(4)의 회전축(4a)의 양단부를 결합하여 이송롤러(4)의 회전축(4a)과, 원형칼회전축의 돌출단에 기어(40)(50)를 부착하여 서로 치합시키고, 이송롤러(4)의 회전축(4a)에는 회전풀리(4b)를 더 부착하여 작업대 하측공간에 배치된 전동기(41)(41a)의 구동축에 부착한 체인풀리(41b)와, 체인벨트(42)(42a)를 연결하여 이송롤러(4)를 구동시키고,
