Acne is known to be caused by a combination of genetic factors, environmental factors, and reactivity of hair follicles. The main causes are increased sebum secretion, excessive skin keratinization, and proliferation of Propionibacterium Acnes. inflammation may be caused by
In general, acne treatment is performed by reducing sebum secretion, softening hair follicles and keratin, and reducing bacteria in hair follicles to block acne from developing into inflammation. Methods for this include topical application therapy, oral Medication and surgical therapy are used.
The topical agent application therapy is aimed at antibacterial action against Propionibacterium acnes, and uses antibacterial agents such as salicylic acid (BHA) and azelaic acid, or benzoyl to dissolve comedones. Use benzoyl peroxide, etc. However, in the case of salicylic acid, it is not easy to control the content as it is a component with a designated mixing limit, and azelaic acid is difficult to formulate and is a prohibited ingredient for cosmetic formulation. There is a problem with unavailable raw materials.
Oral medication therapy aims at inhibiting sebaceous gland function and hair follicle wall destruction, and uses retinoids, hormones, and the like. However, it is known that overdose may cause side effects such as skin rash, skin dryness, and allergy, and in the case of hormones, side effects such as epidermal growth inhibition or other hormone abuse may occur.
In addition, attempts are being made to improve acne skin using plant extracts as a way to reduce the side effects of the above drugs, but in the case of extracts, there are problems such as insignificant effect or difficulty in extracting and separating active ingredients. .

Although using an organic solvent as an extraction solvent can achieve a higher extraction yield compared to using purified water, organic solvents can cause denaturation of physiologically active substances in raw materials or components contained in raw materials in the process of extraction. reacts with it to form additives. In addition, since an organic solvent or a substance derived therefrom may remain in the extract obtained as the final product and may not meet the standards for use as a cosmetic, a separate step is added to prove that the final product does not contain harmful substances to the human body. This process is disadvantageous in terms of process efficiency because it is necessary or an additional purification step is required to completely remove substances harmful to the human body from the final product. Therefore, considering that the extract of the present invention is a cosmetic composition for application to the human body, the use of an organic solvent is excluded, and purified water is used as the only solvent.
In the present invention, the step S2 is a step of applying heat to the raw material mixture.
