皮膚の健全な生理機能を維持し、健康な美肌を保持するため、皮膚化粧料中に、ビタミン、ヒアルロン酸、アミノ酸その他各種の添加物を加えることは公知である。

しかしながら、このモリンダ・シトリフォリアを、化粧料中に含有させることは現実に行われていないし、このような発想も全く知られていない。

しかして、従来の殆どの化粧料は、ニキビ、肌荒れの改善や皮膚の老化防止という点では、未だ十分満足すべきものではない。

この発明は、外用剤として直接皮膚に塗布した場合に、皮膚を害することなく皮膚の新陳代謝を促進し、皮膚を滑らかにし、ニキビ、肌荒れの改善や皮膚の老化予防を兼ねた優れた美容促進効果を示す化粧料を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するため、本発明者は鋭意研究の結果、皮膚若しくは毛髪用化粧料基剤に、モリンダ・シトリフォリア（学名：Ｍｏｒｉｎｄａ Ｃｉｔｒｉｆｏｌｉａ Ｌ、日本名：ヤエヤマアオキ、別名ノニ）の果実をを配合した化粧料が、外用剤として直接皮膚に塗布した場合に、皮膚を害することなく皮膚の新陳代謝を促進し、皮膚をなめらかにし、美白効果に優れ、シミ、ニキビ、肌荒れの改善等の優れた効果を示すことを見いだし、本発明に到達した。

即ち、本発明は、皮膚若しくは毛髪用化粧料基剤に、モリンダ・シトリフォリアの果実を配合したことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明の実施の形態を説明する。

本発明に使用する原料モリンダ・シトリフォリアの果実は、具体的には該生果実からの抽出物、圧搾液若しくは乾燥果実からの乾燥粉末を使用することができる。

本発明に使用するモリンダ・シトリフォリアの生果実の抽出液は、例えば同生果実を細切りし、これを水又は１，３−ブチレングリコール及びエタノール等の有機溶媒の単独若しくは混合物で、常温若しくは加熱下に抽出することによって得られる。圧搾液は、同生果実を圧搾することによって得られる。乾燥粉末は、同生果実を乾燥して水分を除去した後、粉砕機によって粉末化することによって得られる。

本発明の化粧料基剤は、公知のものを使用すれば良く特に限定されない。また、化粧料の剤型も、特に限定されず、例えば、クリーム、シャンプー、リンス、ローション、パック、ヘアートニック、石鹸、浴剤及び洗剤（台洗）等が挙げられる。

皮膚の状態が外観上明らかに肌荒れ又はニキビに悩んでいる１７〜２７才の女性１０人を被験者とし、実施例１で得たクリームを１日朝夕２回通常の使用量で塗布し、経過を観察した。結果を次表１に示す。
