Claims (9)
- 녹용 추출물에 효소 및 균주 배양액을 첨가하여 발효시키는 단계를 포함하며,
상기 효소는 알카레이즈 (Alcalase), 뉴트라아제 (Neutrase), 알칼라인 프로테아제 (Alkaline protease), 및 프로테아제 M 아마노 (Protease M amano)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고,
상기 균주는 바실러스 퍼밀러스 KCTC 13101 (Bacillus pumilus KCTC 13101), 바실러스 퍼밀러스 KCTC 3348 (Bacillus pumilus KCTC 3348), 바실러스 서브틸러스 KCTC 1666 (Bacillus subtillis KCTC 1666), 바실러스 서브틸러스 KCTC 2010 (Bacillus subtillis KCTC 2010), 및 스트렙토코커스 써모필러스 KCTC 5090 (Streptococcus thermophilus KCTC 5090)으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나 이상인, S-GAG (Sulfated-glycosaminoglycan) 및 시알산 (Sialic acid) 함량이 증진된 녹용 추출물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 녹용 추출물은, 열수 추출물인 것을 특징으로 하는, S-GAG 및 시알산 함량이 증진된 녹용 추출물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 효소는, 뉴트라아제 또는 알칼라인 프로테아제인 것을 특징으로 하는, S-GAG 및 시알산 함량이 증진된 녹용 추출물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 효소는, 녹용 추출물의 전체 부피에 대하여, 1 내지 10% (v/v)의 농도로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는, S-GAG 및 시알산 함량이 증진된 녹용 추출물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발효시키는 단계는, 효소 및 균주 배양액이 첨가된 녹용 추출물을 30 내지 40℃에서, 10 내지 40시간 동안 배양시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, S-GAG 및 시알산 함량이 증진된 녹용 추출물의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 균주 배양액은, 6 내지 7 log CFU/ml 농도로 균주를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, S-GAG 및 시알산 함량이 증진된 녹용 추출물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 균주 배양액은, 녹용 추출물의 전체 부피에 대하여, 0.1 내지 2% (v/v)의 농도로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는, S-GAG 및 시알산 함량이 증진된 녹용 추출물의 제조방법.
