Description
The present invention relates to a ferrite sintered body used as an electromagnetic wave shielding material, and more particularly, to a ferrite sintered body formed to have a pattern of a predetermined shape, a ferrite composite sheet including the same, and a method for manufacturing the same.
Recently, electronic products are being multi-functional, miniaturized, and high-speed in order to improve portability and convenience. This trend is making electronic circuits more complex, and signals are becoming more high-frequency for processing a large amount of data. The complexity and high frequency of electronic products cause the generation of electromagnetic waves, which cause malfunction and damage of surrounding electronic components. In addition, electromagnetic waves adversely affect the human body, limiting the amount of their generation internationally.
Accordingly, electromagnetic wave shielding materials are used to prevent malfunction of electronic products with respect to electromagnetic waves and external electromagnetic waves generated from electronic products. A ferrite sheet is mainly used as the electromagnetic wave shielding material, and the ferrite sheet is manufactured by mixing ferrite powder with a binder and the like to form a ferrite molded body and then sintering the ferrite molded body.
The ferrite sheet manufactured in this way has a protective film and an adhesive tape adhered on both sides thereof, respectively, and is used as an electromagnetic wave shielding material.
In order to secure productivity during sintering of such a ferrite sheet, a ferrite molded body is laminated and sintered. The laminated sintered ferrite sheet is manually separated, and there is a problem in that the sintered ferrite sheet is frequently damaged. Due to the structure in which heat dissipation is not good during lamination and sintering of the ferrite sheets, a specific part is overheated and stuck, and after sintering, when the laminated ferrite sheets are separated, the separation is not good, causing damage.
In addition, the ferrite sheet manufactured by the conventional ferrite sheet manufacturing method has a problem of low quality because heat is not evenly transmitted to the entire surface. In particular, in the conventional ferrite sheet manufacturing method, heat is not transmitted properly to the central part of each ferrite molded body due to the close contact between the ferrite sheets during lamination and sintering during the ferrite sheet process, so the quality of each ferrite sheet is different depending on the stacked position. there was a problem with
Therefore, in order to solve the problems of the prior art, an object of the present invention is to form a protrusion of a preset shape on one surface of a ferrite molded body to stack and sinter the ferrite molded body having the protrusion of the preset shape formed therein, An object of the present invention is to provide a ferrite composite sheet comprising a ferrite composite sheet, a method for manufacturing the same, and a pattern forming mold therefor.

Hereinafter, a ferrite sintered body according to an embodiment of the present invention, a ferrite composite sheet including the same, a method for manufacturing the same, and a pattern forming mold therefor will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. It will be described in detail focusing on the parts necessary to understand the operation and operation according to the present invention.
In addition, in describing the components of the present invention, different reference numerals may be assigned to components with the same names according to the drawings, and the same reference numerals may be assigned even though they are different drawings. However, even in such a case, it does not mean that the corresponding components have different functions depending on the embodiment or that they have the same function in different embodiments, and the function of each component depends on the corresponding implementation. It will be judged based on the description of each component in the example.
In particular, in the present invention, a protrusion of a preset shape, for example, a prism shape or a deformed prism-shaped protrusion is formed on one surface of the ferrite molded body, and the ferrite molded body having the preset shape protrusion formed therein is stacked and sintered. A new method is proposed. .
1 is a view showing a structure in which a ferrite molded body is laminated to manufacture a ferrite sintered body according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 1, the ferrite sintered body according to the present invention has a heat dissipation pattern area on one surface of each
The heat dissipation pattern region can be divided into a heat
At this time, when the ferrite molded body is laminated and sintered according to the present invention, heat may be uniformly transmitted to the entire surface through the linear distribution formed by the prism-shaped heat transfer protrusions.
At this time, the thickness of the ferrite sintered body is preferably formed within the range of 40 ~ 500㎛. The thickness of the ferrite sintered body must be at least three times greater than the height of the heat transfer passage formed between the prism-shaped heat transfer protrusions to maintain the electromagnetic wave blocking effect.
Here, the height of the heat transfer passage is defined as a vertical distance from the bottom of the heat transfer passage to the virtual line when an imaginary line connecting the top portions of the adjacent heat transfer protrusions is drawn.
Various ferrite powder materials such as Mn-Zn-based ferrite, Mn-Ni-based ferrite, Mg-Zn-based ferrite, Mi-Zn-Cu-based ferrite, Ba-based ferrite, Li-based ferrite, and the like are used as the material of the ferrite sintered body.
In the present invention, a case in which a prism-shaped pattern is formed is described as an example, but it is not necessarily limited thereto, and fine patterns of various shapes in which heat dissipation can be made efficiently during lamination and sintering are possible, for example, a prism shape, a lenticular shape, etc. may include
In addition, the heat transfer protrusions having various shapes may be continuously disposed, but the present invention is not limited thereto and may be regularly spaced apart from each other by a predetermined interval.
2A to 2D are first views for explaining a heat dissipation pattern region as a ferrite sintered body according to an embodiment of the present invention.
2A to 2D , the prism-shaped protrusions according to the present invention, that is, the
The
The
The shape of the prism-shaped heat transfer protrusion formed in this way is shown in the photograph of FIG. 2C .
The heat transfer protrusion (1a) is preferably formed in a sharp shape near the top. The reason for this is to minimize the contact area between the ferrite compacts when laminating the ferrite compacts.
Since the heat
For example, referring to FIG. 2A , when the
As another example, referring to FIG. 2D , when the
Comparing the cross-section of the
At this time, irregular or regular fine irregularities are additionally formed on the bottom of the
In addition, the width of the bottom of the heat
In addition, the bottom of the heat
And the distance between the prism-shaped heat transfer protrusions, that is, the width of the heat transfer passage formed between the heat transfer protrusions, regardless of whether the bottom of the heat
That is, it is preferable that the height to width of the heat transfer passage is formed in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:4. The width of the heat transfer passage is at least equal to or greater than its height.
At this time, if the pitch of the heat transfer protrusions becomes too large, the
Conversely, if the pitch of the heat transfer protrusions becomes too small, the width of the heat
In addition, if the height of the heat transfer protrusions becomes too high in a state where the pitch is constant, the supporting force of the heat transfer protrusions supporting the ferrite compact is weakened during lamination of the ferrite compact, and thus the structure becomes weak.
Conversely, if the height of the heat transfer protrusion is too low in a state where the pitch is constant, the size of the heat transfer passage is reduced, thereby reducing the overall heat transfer efficiency.
Therefore, it is preferable to design the pitch and height of the prism-shaped heat transfer protrusions in consideration of the efficiency in terms of heat transfer. desirable.
That is, the height of the heat transfer passage is 11 μm and the width is 22 μm, and the height to width is formed in a ratio of 1:2.
3A to 3C are second views for explaining a heat dissipation pattern region as a ferrite sintered body according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to FIG. 3A , the deformed prism-shaped heat transfer protrusions according to the present invention are regularly formed at regular intervals, and the top of each prism-shaped heat transfer protrusion may be irregularly deformed left and right.
That is, the top portion of the prism-shaped heat transfer protrusion according to the present invention may be formed to be deformed to have a curvature in the left and right directions at a constant period, but may be formed to have a curvature in the left and right directions according to a predetermined pattern.
Referring to FIG. 3B , since the prism-shaped heat transfer protrusion is deformed to have a curvature in the left and right directions along the longitudinal direction, it can be seen that the heat transfer protrusion is formed in a wavy shape in a plan view.
At this time, the change in the left and right widths between the tops of the adjacent heat transfer protrusions due to the wave shape in the plan view, that is, the difference between the maximum width and the minimum width formed by the heat transfer passage, is within the range of 1 to 10 μm, and repeats when the wave shape is constantly repeated. The period is formed within the range of 150-250㎛. The wave shape may be regular or irregular, of course.
In particular, it is preferable that the difference between the maximum width and the minimum width of the heat transfer passage is 5 μm, and the repetition period is 200 μm.
4A to 4B are third views for explaining a heat dissipation pattern region as a ferrite sintered body according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to FIG. 4A , the deformed prism-shaped heat transfer protrusions according to the present invention are regularly formed at regular intervals, and the heat transfer protrusions of each prism-shaped heat transfer protrusion may be vertically deformed irregularly.
That is, the top portion of the prism-shaped heat transfer protrusion according to the present invention may be formed by being deformed to have a curvature in the up-and-down direction at a constant period, but may be formed to have a curvature in the up-down direction according to a predetermined pattern.
Referring to FIG. 4B , since the top portion of the prism-shaped heat transfer protrusion is deformed to have a vertical curve, it can be seen that the heat transfer protrusion is formed in a wavy shape when viewed from a side view.
At this time, the difference between the maximum thickness and the minimum thickness of the heat transfer protrusion formed in a wavy shape in the side view is within the range of 1 to 10 μm due to the wave shape bent in the vertical direction, and when the wave shape is repeated, the repetition period is 150 to 250 μm formed within the range. The wave shape may be regular or irregular, of course.
In particular, it is preferable that the difference between the maximum thickness and the minimum thickness of the heat transfer protrusion in the longitudinal direction is 5 µm, and the repetition period is 200 µm.
5A to 5B are fourth views for explaining a heat dissipation pattern region as a ferrite sintered body according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to FIG. 5A, the deformed prism-shaped heat transfer protrusions according to the present invention are regularly formed at regular intervals, and the top portions of the prism-shaped heat transfer protrusions are irregularly deformed in the vertical and left and right directions. It may be formed.
That is, the top portion of the prism-shaped heat transfer protrusion according to the present invention is deformed to have a curvature in up-down, left-right directions, and may be formed to have a curvature in up-down, left-right directions according to a predetermined pattern.
Referring to FIG. 5B , since the top portion of the prism-shaped heat transfer protrusion is deformed to have a curvature in the left and right directions, it can be seen that the heat transfer protrusion is formed in a wavy shape when viewed from a plan view.
Referring to FIG. 5C , since the top portion of the prism-shaped heat transfer protrusion is deformed to have a vertical curve, it can be seen that the heat transfer protrusion is formed in a wavy shape when viewed from a side view.
In this way, the heat transfer protrusion formed as shown in FIGS. 3A, 4A, and 5A and the heat transfer passage formed thereby can have regular heat dissipation. In particular, the heat transfer protrusion formed as shown in FIG. By reducing the contact area with the
That is, when the prism-shaped heat transfer protrusion forms waves in the left and right directions in a plan view and waves in the vertical direction in a side view, heat dissipation is further increased.
6A to 6B are fifth views for explaining a heat dissipation pattern region as a ferrite sintered body according to an embodiment of the present invention.
6A to 6B , the deformed prism-shaped heat transfer protrusions according to the present invention may be regularly formed at regular intervals. Of course, as shown in FIGS. 3A, 4A, and 5A, the top of the deformed prism-shaped heat transfer protrusion may be irregularly formed vertically or horizontally.
Here, the deformed prism shape refers to a shape in which a portion of the prism shape is deformed, for example, both sides of the shape are deformed into a curve. The heat transfer protrusion of this deformed shape is formed in a lenticular shape in the shape of the heat transfer passage for transferring heat, so that the passage for transferring heat is larger than the heat transfer passage formed by the prism-shaped heat transfer protrusion. This will further increase the heat transfer efficiency.
7 is a view showing a method of manufacturing a ferrite sintered body according to an embodiment of the present invention.
7, the method for manufacturing a ferrite sintered body according to the present invention comprises the steps of forming a ferrite compact (S710), forming a heat transfer protrusion of a preset shape on one surface of the formed ferrite compact (S720), and stacking and sintering the ferrite molded body having the heat transfer protrusion formed thereon (S730).
Here, the ferrite compact refers to a state before the ferrite sintered compact is sintered.
The ferrite molded body is formed to have a heat transfer protrusion having a predetermined shape on one surface, and the heat transfer protrusion having a predetermined shape is preferably a prism shape or a deformed prism shape. After sintering, a prism-shaped heat transfer protrusion having a height within a range of 5 to 15 μm is formed on one surface of the ferrite sintered body.
As such, when a prismatic heat transfer protrusion having a height within the range of 5 to 15 μm is formed on one surface of the ferrite compact, and when the ferrite compact is laminated and sintered, the heat transfer protrusion and the heat transfer passage formed by the heat transfer protrusion. The quality of the sintered ferrite sintered body can be improved by evenly transferring heat to each of the stacked ferrite compacts.
In addition, since heat is evenly distributed in the ferrite compact, the temperature distribution is not unbalanced, so that a fixed portion does not occur due to excessive overheating of a specific part, and the separation of the laminated ferrite sintered compact after sintering proceeds easily, thereby preventing damage to the ferrite sintered compact.
In addition, since the sintered ferrite sintered body has a prism-shaped heat transfer protrusion having a height within the range of 5 to 15 μm, it can be easily separated without damage in the subsequent separation operation, thereby preventing defects and damage.
The thickness of the ferrite composite sheet is preferably formed within the range of 50 ~ 700㎛. 15 is a view showing a method for manufacturing a ferrite composite sheet according to an embodiment of the present invention.
15, the method for manufacturing a ferrite composite sheet according to the present invention includes the steps of forming a ferrite compact (S1510), forming a heat transfer protrusion of a preset shape on one surface of the formed ferrite compact (S1520) , and stacking and sintering a ferrite molded body having a heat transfer protrusion having a predetermined shape to form a ferrite sintered body (S1530), and bonding several films to the formed ferrite sintered body to form a laminated structure (S1540); and dividing the formed laminated structure to form a ferrite composite sheet (S1550).
In order to protect or support the sintered ferrite sintered body, a cover film is adhered to one side thereof, an adhesive film is adhered to the other side, and then a release film is adhered to form a laminate structure.
In this case, the adhesive film may be a double-sided adhesive film, that is, because one side of the adhesive film is adhered to the sintered ferrite sintered body and the other side is adhered to the release film.
After the step of bonding several films to the ferrite sintered body to form a laminated structure (S5140), a step of finely breaking the ferrite sintered body in the laminated structure by applying an external force to the laminated structure may be optionally added. Through this, the ferrite sintered body is adhered to one surface of the adhesive film in a state of a plurality of fragments, and the ferrite composite sheet having such a laminated structure becomes flexible, thereby facilitating handling.
Then, the stacked structure formed in this way is cut to a predetermined size and divided, and it is preferable to cut along the boundary line or the boundary between the prism-shaped heat transfer protrusions formed in the ferrite sintered body. Thereby, a ferrite composite sheet can be manufactured easily.
