Claims (8)
- 각 마이크로채널이 형성되는 대향면을 각각 포함하는, 서로 상호 대향하는 한 쌍의 채널 부재; 및
두께 방향으로 관통하는 복수의 관통홀을 포함하고, 한 쌍의 채널 부재의 대향면 사이에 배치되고 마이크로채널 사이를 구획하는 다공성 막을 포함하고,
다공성 막에는 혈관내피세포층이 제공되어 마이크로채널 중 하나에 대향하는 일면을 덮고, 관통홀의 평균 개구 직경은 1μm 내지 20μm이고, 관통 홀의 개구 커버리지 비율은 30% 내지 70%인 혈관 모델. - 제1항에 있어서, 다공성 막의 막 두께는 관통홀의 평균 개구 직경의 절반 이하인 혈관 모델.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다공성 막의 내측에 형성되는, 관통홀을 서로 연통시키는 연통홀을 추가로 포함하고,
관통홀은 허니콤 패턴으로 배열되며;
관통홀의 개구 직경의 변동 계수는 10% 이하이며;
다공성 막의 다공율은 50% 이상인 혈관 모델. - 제1항에 있어서, 다른 하나의 마이크로채널에 대향하는 다공성 막의 타면에 제공되는, 평활근세포, 간엽줄기세포, 주피세포, 및 섬유아세포로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 세포들의 세포층을 추가로 포함하는 혈관 모델.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다공성 막의 파단 인장 신율은 50% 이상이고;
다공성 막의 10% 신장에 필요한 응력은 1000gf/mm2 이하인 혈관 모델. - 제1항에 있어서, 관통홀은 평면에서 볼 때 편평한 형상을 가지며, 장축 및 단축을 포함하는 혈관 모델.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다공성 막은 관통홀이 형성되는 다공성 영역 및 관통홀이 형성되지 않는 비-다공성 영역을 포함하는 혈관 모델.
- 제1 항의 혈관 모델을 제공하는 단계;
혈관내피세포층이 제공되는 다공성 막의 면에 대향하는 마이크로채널에서 약물을 함유하는 혈액 희석액을 주행시키는 단계; 및
다공성 막의 타면에 대향하는 마이크로채널 내로 누출되는 적혈구의 수를 계수하는 단계를 포함하는,
약물을 함유한 혈액 희석액을 사용하여 일출 시험을 실행하는 방법.
