30 : 교란부재
Claims (15)
- 냉매가 유동되는 유동공간을 가지는 냉매배관; 및
상기 냉매배관의 내부에 배치되어 상기 냉매배관 내의 냉매 유동에 의해 진동되어 상기 냉매배관을 유동하는 냉매를 교란하는 적어도 하나의 교란부재를 포함하고,
상기 교란부재는,
소정의 폭을 가지는 날개부와,
상기 날개부 보다 작은 폭을 가지고, 상기 날개부와 상기 냉매배관을 연결하는 연결부를 포함하며,
상기 날개부는 상기 연결부 보다 상기 냉매배관의 중심에 가깝게 배치되는 유동교란 장치. - 청구항 1 에 있어서,
상기 교란부재의 일단은 상기 냉매배관의 내면에 연결되는 고정단이고, 상기 교란부재의 타단은 상기 냉매배관의 유동공간 내에 위치되는 자유단인 유동교란 장치. - 청구항 2 에 있어서,
냉매의 유동방향에서, 상기 교란부재의 고정단은 상기 교란부재의 자유단 보다 전방에 배치되는 유동교란 장치. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 연결부는 상기 날개부 보다 높은 탄성을 가지는 유동교란 장치. - 삭제

상기 상부 교란부재의 고정단과 상기 하부 교란부재의 고정단은 수직 방향에서 서로 중첩되지 않는 유동교란 장치. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 교란부재는,
상기 냉매배관의 내면에 형성된 가상의 나선 상에 복수개가 서로 이격되어 배치되는 유동교란 장치. - 청구항 10에 있어서,
상기 교란부재들은
냉매의 유동방향에서 보아 상기 나선의 1주기 내에서 서로 중첩되지 않는 유동교란 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 교란부재는 곡률을 가지는 유동교란 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 냉매배관은 상기 냉매의 유동방향을 전환하는 밴딩 영역을 포함하고,
상기 교란부재는 상기 밴딩 영역에 배치되는 유동교란 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 냉매배관의 내면에는 상기 냉매를 교란하는 교란홈이 형성되는 유동교란 장치. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 4 및 청구항 8 내지 청구항 14 중 어느 하나의 유동교란 장치를 포함하는 공기 조화기.
