Claims (31)
- 차량(3)의 용기(2)를 수소로 채우기 위한 수소 급유 스테이션(HRS, 1)로서, 상기 수소 급유 스테이션(1)은:
수소 공급부;
차량(3)의 용기(2)에 유체 연결 가능한 수소 유출부; 및,
프로세스 콘트롤러(13), 복수개의 프로세스 측정 장치(18a), 복수개의 최종 프로세스 요소(20a) 및, 수소 급유 스테이션(1)의 작동을 모니터하고 제어하는 복수개의 프로세스 제어 기능들을 포함하는, 프로세스 제어 시스템(basic process control system);을 포함하고,
상기 수소 급유 스테이션(1)은, 안전 콘트롤러(12), 복수개의 안전 측정 장치(18b), 복수개의 최종 안전 요소(20b) 및, 복수개의 안전 수단 기능들을 포함하는, 안전 수단 시스템(safety instrumented system)을 더 포함하고,
최종 프로세스 요소들(20a) 및 최종 안전 요소들(20b)중 적어도 하나는 프로세스 콘트롤러(13) 또는 안전 콘트롤러(12) 하에서 수소 급유 스테이션의 작동 각각을 정지(stopping)시키고,
안전 콘트롤러상의 소프트웨어 프로그램은 프로세스 콘트롤러상의 소프트웨어 프로그램과 상이하고, 안전 콘트롤러의 소프트웨어 프로그램은 복수개의 안전 수단 기능들을 이행하고,
제 1 파라미터의 값은 프로세스 측정 장치(18a)들중 하나에 의해 측정되어 수소 급유 스테이션(1)을 제어하기 위한 프로세스 콘트롤러(13)로의 입력 파라미터로서 이용되고,
제 1 파라미터의 값은 안전 측정 장치(18b)들중 하나에 의해서도 측정되고 안전 콘트롤러(12)로의 입력 파라미터로서 이용되고,
상기 안전 콘트롤러는 상기 입력 파라미터의 안전 평가에 기초하여 수소 급유 스테이션의 작동을 정지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 수소 급유 스테이션. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 프로세스 제어 기능들의 수는 안전 수단 기능들의 수보다 많은, 수소 급유 스테이션.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 안전 수단 기능들은 프로세스 제어 기능들에 대한 입력(input)을 제공하는, 수소 급유 스테이션.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 입력은 수소 급유 스테이션의 작동 모드를 변화시키도록 이용되고, 입력은 수소 급유 스테이션의 작동을 정지시키도록 이용되는, 수소 급유 스테이션.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 안전 콘트롤러의 마이크로프로세서와 프로세스 콘트롤러의 마이크로프로세서는 서로 독립적인, 수소 급유 스테이션.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 차량의 용기를 충전할 때 수소 온도는 섭씨 마이너스 10 도 미만인, 수소 급유 스테이션.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 차량의 용기의 급유가 끝났을 때 수소의 압력은 500 bar 와 같거나 500 bar 를 초과하는, 수소 급유 스테이션.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 수소 급유 스테이션(1)은 차량(3)의 용기(2)를 수소로 채우는 것을 수행하고, 상기 수소 급유 스테이션(1)은:
수소 공급부; 및,
차량(3)의 용기(2)에 연결 가능한 수소 유출부;를 포함하고,
프로세스 콘트롤러(13)는 수소 급유 스테이션의 작동을 모니터하고 제어하도록 구성되고,
프로세스 콘트롤러(13)에 의한 수소 급유 스테이션(1)의 제어는 제 1 파라미터의 프로세스 평가(process evaluation)에 기초한 수소 급유 스테이션의 작동 정지를 포함하고,
수소 급유 스테이션(1)은 안전 콘트롤러(12)가 수소 급유 스테이션(1)의 복수개의 파라미터들을 모니터하고 적어도 부분적으로 수소 급유 스테이션(1)을 제어하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하고,
안전 콘트롤러(12)는 제 1 파라미터의 안전 평가를 수행하고,
안전 콘트롤러(12)의 제어는 제 1 파라미터 값의 안전 평가에 기초하여 최종 안전 요소(20b)의 상태를 변화시킴으로써 수소 급유 스테이션(1)의 정상 작동 모드로부터 비정상 작동 모드로의 변화를 수행하는, 수소 급유 스테이션. - 제 8 항에 있어서, 프로세스 및 안전 측정 장치(18a,18b)들에 의해 측정된 제 1 파라미터는 수소 공급부 및 수소 유출부 사이의 수소 유동 경로에서 측정되고, 제 1 파라미터는 압력, 수소의 유동, 밸브 위치, 온도 및 시간을 포함하는 목록으로부터 선택되는, 수소 급유 스테이션.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 프로세스 콘트롤러(13)와 안전 콘트롤러(12) 사이의 통신은 안전 콘트롤러(12)로부터 프로세스 콘트롤러(13)까지 단일 방향(unidirectional)인, 수소 급유 스테이션.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 제 1 파라미터 값의 안전 평가가 한계치를 초과하는 것으로 판단됨과 동시에 수소 급유 스테이션이 정상 작동 모드에서 작동된다면, 안전 콘트롤러(12)가 정지 신호를 프로세스 콘트롤러(13)로 통신시키는, 수소 급유 스테이션.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 프로세스 콘트롤러 및 안전 콘트롤러는 동일한 최종 요소(20)들을 제어하는, 수소 급유 스테이션.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 프로세스 및 안전 측정 장치(18a, 18b)들은 밸브 위치에서 제 1 파라미터를 모니터하는, 수소 급유 스테이션.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 프로세스 및 안전 측정 장치(18a, 18b)들은 동일한 엔크로져(enclosure)내에 위치되는, 수소 급유 스테이션.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 안전 콘트롤러(12)는 수소 급유 스테이션(1)의 정상 작동중에 항상 활성화되는, 수소 급유 스테이션.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 안전 콘트롤러(12)는 불능화(disable)될 수 있는, 수소 급유 스테이션.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 안전 콘트롤러(12)는 프로세스 콘트롤러(13)의 안전 레벨과 같거나 상기 안전 레벨을 초과하는 안전 레벨에 있는, 수소 급유 스테이션.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 안전 측정 장치(18b)들은 프로세스 측정 장치(18a)들의 안전 레벨과 같거나 상기 안전 레벨을 초과하는 안전 레벨에 있는, 수소 급유 스테이션.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 프로세스 측정 장치(18a)는 안전 측정 장치(18b)로부터 분리되는, 수소 급유 스테이션.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 정상 작동 모드로부터 비정상 작동 모드로의 변화는 적어도 하나의 최종 안전 요소(20b)에 의하여 수소 급유 스테이션(1)의 작동을 정지(stopping)시킴으로써 수행되는, 수소 급유 스테이션.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 수소 급유 스테이션(1)의 정지는 안전 콘트롤러(12) 단독으로 작동되는 최종 안전 요소(20b)에 의해 수행되는, 수소 급유 스테이션.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 안전 콘트롤러(12)에 의해 수행되는 제 1 파라미터 값의 평가는, 상기 값이 정해진 쓰레숄드를 초과 또는 미달하는지 여부를 모니터링하는 것을 포함하는, 수소 급유 스테이션.
- 제 22 항에 있어서, 쓰레숄드는 수소 급유 스테이션(1)의 작동중에 동적으로 판단되는, 수소 급유 스테이션.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 안전 콘트롤러(12)는 수소 급유 스테이션의 작동을 정지시키기 위하여 사용되는 최종 프로세스 요소(20a)의 제어를 수행하는, 수소 급유 스테이션.
