본 발명에 따른 난연성 초산비닐고분자 에멀션 수지를 이용하여 제조되는 난연스티로폼은, vinyl acetate monomer(VAM), ethyl acrylate monomer(EAM), sodium lauryl sulfate(SLA), poly vinyl alcohol(PVA), 물 100중량%에 암모니아 27중량%를 용해한 ammonia solution(암모니아수), potassium persulfate(KPS), 물을 포함하는 혼합물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 초산비닐고분자 에멀션 수지; 상기 난연성 초산비닐고분자 에멀션 수지, 팽창흑연, 수산화알루미늄, 수산화마그네슘, 물을 포함하는 혼합물로 이루어지는 난연피복제; 상기 난연피복제를 스티로폼알갱이에 피복한 다음 건조하여 스티로폼알갱이의 표면에 난연 코팅층이 형성된 난연스티로폼알갱이; 상기 난연스티로폼알갱이를 열 압착으로 성형하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (1)
- 중량 100% 대비 vinyl acetate monomer(VAM) 32~35중량%, ethyl acrylate monomer(EAM) 5~8중량%, sodium lauryl sulfate(SLA) 2~4중량%, poly vinyl alcohol(PVA) 2~4중량%, 물 100중량%에 암모니아 27중량%를 용해한 ammonia solution(암모니아수) 0.1~0.2중량%, potassium persulfate(KPS) 0.2~0.4중량%, 물 50~53중량%를 혼합한 난연성 초산비닐고분자 에멀션 수지;
상기 난연성 초산비닐고분자 에멀션 수지는, 주반응기에 중량 100% 대비 물 140~160중량%, Sodium lauryl sulfate를 3~5중량%, PVA를 3~5중량%를 투입하여 투입물을 용해하는 단계; 보조반응기에 중량 100% 대비 vinyl acetate monomer 80~90중량%, ethyl acrylate 10~20중량%를 투입하여 투입물을 혼합하는 단계; 상기 주반응기의 용해가 완료되면, 주반응기의 내온을 68~72℃로 유지시킨 상태에서 중량 100% 대비 물 100중량%에 암모니아 27중량%를 용해한 ammonia solution 0.3~0.5중량%, KPS 0.5~1중량%를 투입하여 혼합하는 단계; 상기 보조반응기의 혼합이 완료되면, 주반응기의 내온을 유지시킨 상태에서 보조반응기의 혼합물을 주반응기에 투입하여 혼합하는 단계; 상기 주반응기의 혼합이 완료되면, 주반응기의 내온을 70~75℃로 유지시키면서 혼합물을 숙성하는 단계; 상기 주반응기의 숙성이 완료되면, 혼합물을 냉각하는 단계; 상기 주반응기의 냉각이 완료되면, 주반응기에 증류수를 투입하여 최종의 난연성 초산비닐고분자 에멀션 수지를 만드는 단계;로 이루어지는 것을 포함하며,
상기 난연성 초산비닐고분자 에멀션 수지, 팽창흑연, 수산화알루미늄, 수산화마그네슘, 물을 포함하는 혼합물로 이루어지는 난연피복제;
상기 난연피복제를 스티로폼알갱이에 피복한 다음 건조하여 스티로폼알갱이의 표면에 난연 코팅층이 형성된 난연스티로폼알갱이;
상기 난연스티로폼알갱이를 열 압착으로 성형하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 초산비닐고분자 에멀션 수지를 이용하여 제조되는 난연스티로폼.
