Claims (10)
- 방향족 디요오드 화합물, 공단량체로 극성기가 도입된 방향족 디요오드 화합물 및 원소 황(elemental sulfur)을 이용한 폴리페닐렌 설파이드 용융중합에 있어서,
상기 방향족 디요오드 화합물과 원소 황(elemental sulfur)의 혼합물을 130 내지 280 ℃의 온도로 가열하는 단계;
상기 혼합물의 가열에 의하여 형성되는 아이오딘(iodine: I)을 제거하면서 중합체를 형성시키는 중합반응 단계; 및
상기 중합반응 단계 종료 전 10 내지 30분의 범위에 극성기가 도입된 방향족 디요오드 화합물로 2,5-디요오드 벤조산(2,5-diiodobenzoic acid), 2,5-디요오드벤젠술폰산(2,5-diiodobenzenesulfonic acid), 또는 디-(4-요오드페닐)술폰(di-(4-iodophenyl) sulfone) 중 어느 하나 이상을 공단량체로 투입하는 공단량체 투입단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리페닐렌 설파이드 공중합체의 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 방향족 디요오드 화합물과 원소 황(elemental surfur)은 몰비를 기준으로 1 내지 1.4의 비로 투입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리페닐렌 설파이드 공중합체의 제조방법. - 삭제

산소 원소의 함량이 1 내지 10 중량%이고, 유리전이 온도가 110 내지 170 ℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리페닐렌 설파이드 공중합체. - 청구항 1, 청구항 2 또는 청구항 4 중 어느 한 항의 제조방법에 따라 제조되어,
물 접촉각이 70 내지 90도인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리페닐렌 설파이드 공중합체. - 청구항 1, 청구항 2 또는 청구항 4 중 어느 한 항의 제조방법에 따라 제조되어, 산소 원소의 함량이 1 내지 10 중량%이고, 유리전이 온도가 110 내지 170 ℃이며 물 접촉각이 70 내지 90도인 폴리페닐렌 설파이드 공중합체 수지; 및
상기 공중합체 수지의 보강재로 유리섬유 또는 탄소섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리페닐렌 설파이드계 복합소재.
