Description
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a frame-integrated mask. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a frame-integrated mask capable of preventing the deformation of the mask and making the alignment clear by forming the frame and the mask together.
Recently, electroforming methods have been studied in the manufacture of thin plates. In the electroplating method, an anode body and a cathode body are immersed in an electrolytic solution, and a power source is applied to electrodeposit a metal thin plate on the surface of the cathode body, so that an ultra thin plate can be manufactured and mass production can be expected.
On the other hand, FMM (Fine Metal Mask) method for depositing an organic material at a desired position by bringing a thin film metal mask (Shadow Mask) into close contact with a substrate is mainly used as a technique of forming a pixel in an OLED manufacturing process.
In a conventional OLED manufacturing process, a mask is formed in a stick shape or a plate shape, and then a mask is welded and fixed to an OLED pixel deposition frame. In order to manufacture a large area OLED, a plurality of masks can be fixed to the OLED pixel deposition frame. Further, in the process of welding and fixing to the frame, since the thickness of the mask film is too thin and the surface is wide, there is a problem that the mask is struck or warped by the load.
In the ultra-high-quality OLED manufacturing process, errors in fine alignment of several micrometers can lead to failure in pixel deposition, so that a technique capable of preventing deformation such as masking or twisting and clarifying alignment, And the like.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a method of manufacturing a frame-integrated mask in which a mask and a frame have an integrated structure.
In addition, the present invention provides a frame-integrated mask capable of improving the stability of pixel deposition by eliminating the process of fixing / aligning the mask to the frame by forming the mask and the frame at once without forming them separately, And a method for producing the same.

도 2의 (c)는 도 2의 (a) 및 (b)의 A-A' 확대 측단면도이다.The
A plurality of display patterns DP may be formed on the body of the mask 100 (100a, 100b). The display pattern DP is a pattern corresponding to one display such as a smart phone. When the display pattern DP is enlarged, a plurality of pixel patterns PP corresponding to R, G, and B can be confirmed. The pixel patterns PP may have a tapered shape or a tapered shape (see Fig. 2 (c)). A large number of pixel patterns PP constitute one display pattern DP and a plurality of display patterns DP may be formed on the mask 100 (100a, 100b).
That is, in this specification, the display pattern DP is not a concept representing a pattern, but should be understood as a concept that a plurality of pixel patterns (PP) corresponding to one display are clustered. Hereinafter, the pixel pattern PP is mixed with the mask pattern PP.
Therefore, according to the present invention, since the mask is formed integrally with the frame at the same time, the process of welding and fixing the mask directly to the

3, the frame-integrated
A mask pattern PP may be formed on the
The pattern width may be formed to a size of several to several tens of micrometers, preferably to a size of less than 30 micrometers. The mask pattern PP can be formed as the generation of the
It is preferable that the
On the other hand, the
As described above, in the frame-integrated
FIG. 4 is a schematic view showing a process of manufacturing the frame-integrated
Referring to FIG. 4 (a) and FIG. 5, a
In order to perform electroforming, the
In the case of a metal, metal oxide may be generated on the surface, impurities may be introduced in the course of metal production, and in the case of a polycrystalline silicon substrate, an inclusion or a grain boundary may exist. In the case of the substrate, there is a high possibility that impurities are contained, and strength. Acid resistance may be weak. An element that interferes with the uniform formation of an electric field on the surface of the base plate 40 (or the base material 41) such as metal oxide, impurities, inclusions, grain boundaries and the like is referred to as "Defect ". Due to the defect, a uniform electric field is not applied to the negative electrode of the above-described material, and a part of the
Unevenness of the plated
Further, in order to remove defects in the cathode body made of the above-mentioned material, an additional process for removing metal oxide, impurities and the like may be performed. In this process, another defect such as etching of the cathode body material may be caused have.
Therefore, the present invention can use a
In the case of doped monocrystalline silicon, there is no defect. Therefore, there is an advantage that a uniform plating film 20 (or
In addition, when the
The
The insulating
The plated
Next, referring to FIG. 4 (b) and FIG. 5, the
The
Next, referring to FIG. 4C, a plating film 20 (20a, 20b) can be formed on the
The plating liquid may be a material of the
The
Since the insulating
열처리는 300℃ 내지 800℃의 온도로 수행할 수 있다[도 6 참조].On the other hand, the heat treatment can be performed before separating the
In general, the invar sheet produced by electroplating is higher in thermal expansion coefficient than the invar sheet produced by rolling. Thus, the thermal expansion coefficient can be lowered by performing heat treatment on the thinned plate, which may cause slight deformation of the thinned plate during the heat treatment process. The thermal expansion coefficient of an InVa thin plate subjected to heat treatment in seven temperature ranges of 300 캜, 350 캜, 400 캜, 450 캜, 500 캜, 550 캜 and 800 캜 was measured for a sample of 80 x 200 mm. 6 (a) shows the result of measuring the thermal expansion coefficient of each sample while raising the temperature from room temperature (25 ° C) to about 240 ° C. FIG. 6 (b) The results of measuring the thermal expansion coefficient of each sample while lowering the temperature are shown. 6A and 6B, the thermal expansion coefficient changes according to the heat treatment temperature. In particular, it can be confirmed that the thermal expansion coefficient is the lowest in the heat treatment at 800 ° C.
4E, after the

7, alignment of the

8A, the frame-integrated mask 10 'includes a
To this end, the
Referring to FIG. 8 (b), the
The manufactured frame-integrated mask 10 'can be inserted into the
As described above, the frame-integrated
