Claims (3)
- 중간에 관통홀이 형성되고 관통홀의 테두리에 헤밍부가 형성된 차량용 선루프 글래스 프레임의 제조방법에 있어서,
상기 헤밍부를 형성하는 과정은 관통홀이 형성된 판상소재에서 관통홀의 테두리를 수직플랜지로 가공하는 과정, 수직플랜지를 예각의 경사플랜지로 가공하는 과정, 및 경사플랜지를 수평플랜지로 가공하는 과정으로 이루어지고;
상기 수직플랜지와 경사플랜지 및 수평플랜지는 관통홀이 형성된 판상소재가 한 개의 프레스장치를 구성하는 하형패드상에 안착된 상태에서 상형다이의 1회 하강시 연속되게 진행됨에 따라 한 번에 가공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 선루프 글래스 프레임의 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 관통홀을 구비한 판상소재는 강판으로 제작되고;
상기 판상소재에 헤밍부를 형성하기 전에 판상소재의 관통홀의 둘레를 따라 아래로 볼록한 모양의 드로잉부를 형성하는 과정, 및 드로잉부에 손상이 없도록 판상소재의 외측 테두리를 커팅하는 과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 선루프 글래스 프레임의 제조방법. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 수직플랜지는 드로잉부와 반대되는 방향으로 돌출되도록 가공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 선루프 글래스 프레임의 제조방법.
