Claims (7)
- 수확한 함초의 잎만 선별하고, 선별한 함초잎을 스크류 세척기를 통해 세척하는 세척단계;
세척된 함초잎을 50~70℃에서 48~72시간 건조하는 건조단계;
건조된 함초잎을 30~50메쉬의 크기로 체별하여 원료를 준비하는 원료준비단계;
상기 원료를 300~400℃에서 4~20분 로스팅하는 제1로스팅단계;
상기 제1로스팅단계에서 로스팅된 원료를 150~200메쉬로 분쇄하되, 분급기를 통해 150~200메쉬 크기의 가루를 제조하는 가루제조단계;
상기 가루를 70~130℃에서 4~15분 로스팅하는 제2로스팅단계; 및
상기 제2로스팅단계에서 로스팅된 가루를 상온에서 90~120분 자연냉각시키는 냉각단계;를 포함하고,
상기 원료준비단계와 제1로스팅단계 사이에, 파종 후 5~6일 자란 후 채취되어 뿌리가 제거된 건조되지 않은 새싹보리를 준비하는 새싹보리준비단계;를 더 포함하고,
상기 제1로스팅단계는, 상기 원료 100중량부에 대하여 건조되지 않은 상기 새싹보리 30~50중량부를 혼합한 후, 로스팅하고,
상기 건조되지 않은 새싹보리는, 상기 제1로스팅단계에서 수분이 증발하면서 새싹보리의 향이 원료에 흡수되고,
상기 건조단계 이전에, 건조한 수세미 열매와 전초를 이용한 수세미 추출물을 준비하는 수세미추출물 준비단계;를 더 포함하고,
상기 건조단계는, 상기 함초잎을 1차 건조하고, 1차 건조된 함초잎에 수세미 추출물을 함침시킨 후, 2차 건조시켜, 수세미 추출물이 건조되는 함초잎에 함유되고,
상기 제1로스팅단계 및 제2로스팅단계는, 상기 수세미 추출물을 원료 또는 가루 100중량부에 대하여 5~15중량부를 혼합하여 적신 후 로스팅하고,
상기 수세미 추출물은, 상기 건조단계, 제1로스팅단계 및 제2로스팅단계에서 함초잎에 함유되는 동시에, 상기 제1로스팅단계에서 함께 로스팅되는 건조되지 않은 새싹보리에 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기호성이 우수한 함초가루 제조방법.

상기 제1로스팅단계 이전에, 밤의 속껍질을 제거하고, 제거한 밤의 속껍질을 건조시킨 율피를 준비하는 율피준비단계;를 더 포함하고,
상기 제1로스팅단계 및 제2로스팅단계 중 어느 하나 이상의 단계는, 상기 율피를 원료 또는 가루 100중량부에 대하여 5~10중량부를 율피망에 넣고, 상기 율피망을 로스팅 기기에 투입시켜 원료 또는 가루와 함께 로스팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기호성이 우수한 함초가루 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1로스팅단계 이전에, 대추의 겉껍질을 제거하고, 제거한 대추의 겉껍질을 건조시킨 대추피를 준비하는 대추피준비단계;를 더 포함하고,
상기 제1로스팅단계 및 제2로스팅단계 중 어느 하나 이상의 단계는, 상기 대추피를 원료 또는 가루 100중량부에 대하여 15~30중량부를 대추피망에 넣고, 상기 대추피망을 로스팅 기기에 투입시켜 원료 또는 가루와 함께 로스팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기호성이 우수한 함초가루 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1로스팅단계 이전에, 팥의 겉껍질을 제거하고, 제거한 팥의 겉껍질을 건조시킨 팥피를 준비하는 팥피준비단계;를 더 포함하고,
상기 제1로스팅단계 및 제2로스팅단계 중 어느 하나 이상의 단계는, 상기 팥피를 원료 또는 가루 100중량부에 대하여 15~30중량부를 팥피망에 넣고, 상기 팥피망을 로스팅 기기에 투입시켜 로스팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기호성이 우수한 함초가루 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 건조단계 이전에, 채취한 쪽을 이용한 쪽 착즙을 준비하는 쪽착즙준비단계;를 더 포함하고,
상기 제1로스팅단계 및 제2로스팅단계 중 어느 하나 이상의 단계는, 상기 쪽 착즙을 원료 또는 가루 100중량부에 대하여 2~10중량부를 혼합하여 적신 후 로스팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기호성이 우수한 함초가루 제조방법.
