Claims (10)
- Zn을 포함하는 금속염 및 Mn을 포함하는 금속염을 용매에 혼합하여 혼합용액을 제조하는 단계,
탄산수소나트륨 또는 탄산나트륨 용액을 준비하는 단계,
암모니아 수용액을 준비하는 단계,
상기 혼합용액, 상기 탄산수소나트륨 또는 탄산나트륨 용액, 및 상기 암모니아 수용액을 혼합하여 침전물을 형성시키는 단계,
상기 침전물을 분리 및 건조하는 단계, 그리고
건조된 침전물을 열처리하는 단계
를 포함하되,
상기 탄산수소나트륨 또는 탄산나트륨 용액의 농도는 0.5 내지 1 M 이고,
상기 암모니아 수용액의 농도는 0.01 내지 0.05 M 인

상기 금속염 혼합용액의 농도는 0.1 내지 0.5 M 인 아연 망간 산화물의 제조방법.

상기 열처리는 500 내지 900 ℃에서 2 내지 12시간 동안 수행하는 아연 망간 산화물의 제조방법.

상기 아연 망간 산화물 1차 입자의 입자크기는 30 내지 100 nm 인 아연 망간 산화물의 제조방법.
