Claims (15)
- 보호필름을 공급하면서 도포유닛으로부터 기능성을 갖는 액상의 폴리머를 상기 보호필름 위에 도포하는 단계;
상기 도포된 액상의 폴리머의 두께를 일정하게 하고, 그 위에 상하로 관통구멍이 형성된 유연성 부재를 공급하여 적층하는 단계;
상기 부재의 상면이 상기 액상의 폴리머의 표면 아래에 위치하도록 압착 유닛으로 상기 부재를 압착하는 단계;
상기 압착 유닛에 의한 압착을 해제하여 상기 부재의 팽창에 의해 상기 부재의 상면, 하면 및 상기 관통구멍의 적어도 일부에 상기 액상의 폴리머가 부착되는 단계;
상기 액상의 폴리머를 경화하는 단계; 및
상기 액상의 폴리머의 경화에 의해 상기 부재의 상면과 하면 및 상기 관통구멍의 내면의 적어도 일부에 접착된 폴리머 코팅층이 형성되어 상기 폴리머 코팅층을 통하여 상기 기능성을 구비하도록 하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 탄성부재의 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 부재는 기공이 상하로 형성된 오픈 셀 구조의 탄성 폴리머 발포체, 폴리머 메쉬, 및 폴리머 섬유 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 탄성부재의 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 부재와 상기 보호필름은 롤-투-롤(roll-to-roll)로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 탄성부재의 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 액상의 폴리머는 상기 압착 해제시 상기 부재의 상면과 관통구멍 및 하면에 걸쳐 이어져 부착되는 정도의 점도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 탄성부재의 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 압착 유닛의 압력과 가압 시간, 또는 상기 액상의 폴리머의 두께와 점도를 조절하여 상기 부재의 관통구멍으로 유입되는 상기 액상의 폴리머의 양을 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 탄성부재의 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 액상의 폴리머가 자중에 의해 하방으로 흘러 상기 보호필름과 접촉함으로써 상기 부재의 하면에 형성된 폴리머 코팅층의 적어도 일부에 스킨 층(skin layer)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 탄성부재의 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 보호필름은 이형제가 형성된 PET 필름 또는 종이 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 탄성부재의 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 기능성이 전기 전도성인 경우, 상기 액상의 폴리머에는 구리, 니켈, 은, 전도성 카본 또는 전도성 그래파이트 중 적어도 어느 하나의 전기전도성 파이버 또는 입자가 고루 혼합된 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 탄성부재의 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 기능성이 열 전도성인 경우, 상기 액상의 폴리머에는 카본, 알루미나 또는 보론 중 적어도 어느 하나의 열 전도성 파이버 또는 입자가 고루 혼합된 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 탄성부재의 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 기능성이 기계적 강도의 증가인 경우, 상기 부재는 폴리우레탄 스폰지 또는 폴리에틸렌 스폰지이고, 상기 액상의 폴리머는 액상의 실리콘 고무인 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 탄성부재의 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 기능성이 소수성인 경우, 상기 액상의 폴리머에는 실리콘고무 입자 또는 불소수지 입자가 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 탄성부재의 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 액상의 폴리머는 상기 기능성 부재의 형상에 대응하여 상기 보호필름 위에 특정 패턴으로 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 탄성부재의 제조방법. - 청구항 12에 있어서,
상기 액상의 폴리머는 그라비아 인쇄에 의해 도포되거나, 상기 특정 패턴 이외의 상기 부재의 부분은 마스킹 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 탄성부재의 제조방법. - 삭제
