Claims (13)
- 熱伝導性又は電気伝導性のうち少なくともいずれか一つの伝導性を有する伝導性弾性部材において、
上面と下面にスキン層がなく上下に多数の気孔が連結されたシート状のオープンセル構造の弾性を有するポリマー発泡体と、
前記ポリマー発泡体の上面と下面及び前記気孔の内面に伝導性粒子が混合された液状の弾性ゴムが硬化によって接着されて形成された伝導性弾性ゴムコーティング層と、
前記ポリマー発泡体の上面に形成された伝導性弾性ゴムコーティング層の上面に伝導性粒子が混合された液状の弾性を有するポリマーが前記ポリマーの硬化によって接着されて形成された伝導性ポリマーカバー層と、
前記ポリマー発泡体の下面に形成された伝導性弾性ゴムコーティング層の下面に前記液状の弾性ゴムの硬化によって接着された伝導性基材と、を含み、
前記ポリマー発泡体の上面と下面及び気孔の内面に形成された伝導性弾性ゴムコーティング層を介して前記伝導性ポリマーカバー層と前記伝導性基材が電気的又は熱的に連結されることを特徴とする伝導性弾性部材。 - 前記ポリマー発泡体はポリウレタンゴム、ネオプレンゴム又はシリコーンゴムを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の伝導性弾性部材。
- 前記伝導性弾性ゴムコーティング層の弾性ゴムはウレタンゴム又はシリコーンゴムであり、前記伝導性粒子は銅、ニッケル、銀、伝導性カーボン、伝導性グラファイト、アルミナ又はボロンのうち少なくともいずれか一つを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の伝導性弾性部材。
- 前記伝導性弾性ゴムコーティング層の耐熱温度は前記ポリマー発泡体の耐熱温度と同じであるかそれより高いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の伝導性弾性部材。
- 前記伝導性基材は金属箔又は外面に金属がめっきされた伝導性布や伝導性メッシュであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の伝導性弾性部材。
- 前記伝導性基材の下面に伝導性粘着剤層が追加に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の伝導性弾性部材。
- 前記伝導性基材は伝導性粘着テープであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の伝導性弾性部材。
- 前記伝導性基材ははんだ付けか可能な金属箔であり、前記ポリマー発泡体は前記伝導性弾性ゴムコーティング層によってリフローはんだ付けの温度条件を満足することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の伝導性弾性部材。
- 前記伝導性弾性部材はリールテープに包装されて真空ピックアップによってリフローはんだ付けが可能であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の伝導性弾性部材。
- 前記伝導性弾性部材の最大の押し率は最初の高さの80%以内であり、押す力を除去すれば前記最初の高さと類似した高さに復元されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の伝導性弾性部材。
- 前記ポリマー発泡体の下面に形成された伝導性弾性ゴムコーティング層はスキン層(skin lyaer)を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の伝導性弾性部材。
- 前記伝導性ポリマーカバー層はスキン層を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の伝導性弾性部材。
- 前記伝導性弾性ゴムコーティング層が形成されたポリマー発泡体の側面は前記ポリマー発泡体によってオープンセル構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の伝導性弾性部材。
