Abstract
즉, 본 발명은 고출력 엘이디 조명장치에 있어서, LED보드의 전원 입력부에서 LED보드의 반대 측으로 전원을 공급할 수 있게 LED보드로부터 이격되어 LED보드에 절연볼팅수단에 의하여 전기적 접속되게 결합되는 전원 공급버스바를 구비한 것이다.
따라서, 본 발명은 LED보드에서 이격 구비되는 전원 공급버스바를 구비함으로써, 전원의 공급과정에 있어 전압강하가 발생하지 않고 안정적이며 효율적으로 전원이 공급되고, 표피효과에 의하여 최소 발열에 의하여 전원이 공급되는 것이다.

Claims (4)
- 고출력 엘이디 조명장치에 있어서;
LED보드(121)의 전원 입력부에서 LED보드(121)의 반대 측으로 전원을 공급할 수 있게 중앙부분이 LED보드(121)의 상면으로부터 이격되고 양단부가 LED보드(121)에 절연볼팅수단에 의하여 전기적 접속되게 결합되는 전원 공급버스바(10)를 구비하되,
상기 전원 공급버스바(10)는 양단에 LED보드(121)와 전기적 접속되게 절곡 형성된 보드접속부(11)와, 상기 양 보드접속부(11) 사이에 구비되는 버스바몸체(12)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 고출력 엘이디 조명장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서;
상기 버스바몸체(12)는 그 폭을 최소화할 수 있게 LED보드(121)에 대하여 수직을 이루게 절곡 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 고출력 엘이디 조명장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서;
상기 절연볼팅수단은 전원 공급버스바(10)의 양단에 구비된 보드접속부(11)에 관통 형성된 접속체결공(13)을 관통하여 결합되는 체결볼트(21)와 상기 체결볼트(21)의 반대 측 LED보드(121) 측에 구비되어 상기 체결볼트(21)와 결속되는 체결너트(22)로 구성되며, 상기 체결볼트(21)와 체결너트(22) 중 하나 이상은 부도체로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 고출력 엘이디 조명장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서
상기 절연볼팅수단이 체결되는 LED보드(121)와 접하는 방열판(140)에는 체결볼트(21)와 체결너트(22) 중 어느 하나가 회전 방지되게 안착되는 볼팅수단 안착홈(23)이 형성되고,
상기 절연볼팅수단에는 탄성 결속에 의한 명확한 전기적 접속이 이루어지게 스프링와셔(24)가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 고출력 엘이디 조명장치.
