- 스위칭된 모드 전원(switched mode power supply)에 있어서:입력 공급 전압의 소스;트랜스포머(transformer)의 제 1 권선(winding)에 결합된 트랜지스터로서, 상기 입력 공급 전압을 상기 제 1 권선에 주기적으로 결합하여, 상기 트랜지스터에서 주기 전류를 생성하고, 상기 트랜스포머의 제 2 권선에 공급되어서 출력 공급 전압을 생성하는, 트랜지스터;상기 전류를 나타내는 주기적 제 1 전압을 생성하기 위해 상기 주기 전류의 전류 경로에 결합된 전류 센서;상기 출력 공급 전압에 따라 상기 전류의 전류 리미트를 가변시켜서 전류 모드에서 피드백 방식으로 상기 출력 공급 전압을 조절하기 위해 상기 출력 공급 전압 및 상기 제 1 전압에 응답하는 레귤레이터; 및상기 입력 공급 전압에 응답하고, 상기 전류 리미트를 추가로 가변시키기 위해 상기 레귤레이터에 결합된 문턱치 디바이스로서, 상기 입력 공급 전압이 상기 문턱치 디바이스에 트리거를 야기하는 크기에 도달한 경우, 각각은 상기 문턱치 디바이스에 트리거를 야기하는, 상기 입력 공급 전압의 상이한 크기들이 대응적으로 상이한 양만큼 상기 전류 리미트를 가변시키는, 문턱치 디바이스를 포함하는, 스위칭된 모드 전원.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 전류 센서는 제 1 저항을 포함하고, 상기 문턱치 디바이스는 상기 문턱치 디바이스가 트리거될 때, 제 2 저항에서 제 2 전압을 생성하기 위해 상기 제 2 저항과 결합되고, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 전압들은 상기 제 1 및 제 2 전압들의 합을 포함하는 총 전압을 형성하도록 직렬로 결합되고, 상기 총 전압은 상기 레귤레이터의 제어 단말에 결합되는, 스위칭된 모드 전원.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 입력 공급 전압은 상기 문턱치 디바이스에 상기 트랜스포머를 통해 결합되어서, 상기 트랜지스터가 상기 제 1 권선에 상기 입력 공급 전압을 결합할 때, 기간의 일부 동안, 상기 입력 공급 전압을 나타내는 전압을 생성하는, 스위칭된 모드 전원.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 문턱치 디바이스는 제너 다이오드를 포함하는, 스위칭된 모드 전원.
- 스위칭된 모드 전원에 있어서:입력 공급 전압의 소스;트랜스포머의 제 1 권선에 결합된 트랜지스터로서, 상기 입력 공급 전압을 상기 트랜스포머의 제 1 권선에 주기적으로 결합하여, 상기 트랜지스터에서 주기 전류를 생성하고, 상기 트랜스포머의 제 2 권선에 공급되어서 출력 공급 전압을 생성하는, 트랜지스터;상기 전류를 나타내는 주기적 제 1 전압을 생성하기 위해 상기 주기 전류의 전류 경로에 결합된 전류 센서;상기 출력 공급 전압에 따라 상기 전류의 전류 리미트를 가변시켜서 전류 모드에서 피드백 방식으로 상기 출력 공급 전압을 조절하기 위해 상기 출력 공급 전압 및 상기 제 1 전압에 응답하는 레귤레이터; 및상기 입력 공급 전압에 응답하는 문턱치 디바이스로서, 상기 입력 공급 전압이 상기 문턱치 디바이스에 트리거를 야기하는 크기에 도달한 경우, 상기 전류 리미트를 추가로 가변시키기 위해 상기 트랜스포머를 통해 상기 문턱치 디바이스에 트랜스포머-결합되는, 문턱치 디바이스를 포함하는, 스위칭된 모드 전원.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 전류 센서는 제 1 저항을 포함하고, 상기 문턱치 디바이스는 상기 문턱치 디바이스가 트리거될 때, 제 2 저항에서 제 2 전압을 생성하기 위해 상기 제 2 저항과 결합되고, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 전압들은 상기 제 1 및 제 2 전압들의 합을 포함하는 총 전압을 형성하도록 직렬로 결합되고, 상기 총 전압은 상기 레귤레이터의 제어 단말에 결합되는, 스위칭된 모드 전원.
