  1. 수술용 절단-체결기구를 위한 일회용 스테이플 카트리지에 있어서,
    다수의 스테이플을 내부에서 작동가능하게 지지하는 일회용 카트리지 본체로서, 상기 스테이플들은 상기 수술용 절단-체결기구의 축방향 이동가능한 구동부에 의해 상기 일회용 카트리지 본체로부터 순서대로 발사되도록 배향되어 있고, 사용 중에는 상기 수술용 절단-체결기구의 긴 채널 내에 제거가능하게 지지되며 사용 후에는 상기 긴 채널로부터 제거되는 치수로 구성된 상기 일회용 카트리지 본체;

  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 일회용 앤빌의 근위단부는 적어도 하나의 스프링에 의해 상기 카트리지 본체의 근위단부에 부착되는, 일회용 스테이플 카트리지.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 조직스톱은 상기 일회용 앤빌의 하나의 횡방향 측면에서부터 아래로 돌출하는 제1 조직스톱과 상기 일회용 앤빌의 제2 횡방향 측면에서부터 아래로 돌출하는 제2 조직스톱을 포함하는 일회용 스테이플 카트리지.

  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 카트리지 본체에서 작동가능하게 지지되는 다수의 스테이플 드라이버를 추가로 포함하고, 상기 스테이플 드라이버 각각은 적어도 하나의 스테이플을 지지하며 상기 카트리지 본체 내에서 이동가능하게 지지되며, 상기 스테이플 드라이버가 상기 수술용 절단-체결기구의 피동 웨지캠에 접촉될 때 각각의 스테이플 드라이버가 여기에 지지되어 있는 스테이플들을 상기 일회용 앤빌과 스테이플 폼형성하기 접촉(forming contact)을 하도록 구동하는, 일회용 스테이플 카트리지.
