Description
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 루테늄 복합증류 실험 방법을 나타낸 개략도이다.
도 3 및 도 4는 본 발명에 따른 루테늄 증류 방법 중 반응시간에 따른 루테늄 포집율 및 침출율 변화를 나타낸 그래프들이다.
도 5는 본 발명에 따른 루테늄 증류 방법 중 반응시간에 따른 루테늄 포집율 및 침출율 변화를 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 6은 본 발명에 따른 증발결정화법 중 용해도 곡선을 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 7은 본 발명에 따른 증발결정화법을 이용한 삼염화루테늄 제조 공정을 나타낸 모식도이다.
도 8은 본 발명에 따른 증발결정화법 중 질소분위기에서 삼염화루테늄의 TG/DTA 결과를 나타낸 그래프이다.

- 루테늄 이온(RuO4 2-)이 용해되어 있는 침출조의 용액 내에 염소 및 오존을 첨가하는 단계와, 상기 침출조의 용액을 60 ~ 90℃로 가열하고, 40 ~ 130분 동안 증류시키는 단계 및 증류된 가스 중 RuO4가 포집조의 용액 내에 삼염화루테늄 상태로 농축시켜서 포집율 80% 이상인 삼염화루테늄 용액을 제조하는 단계; 및
상기 삼염화루테늄 용액을 120 ~ 180 ℃의 온도로 4 ~ 24시간 동안 가열하여 삼염화루테늄 결정을 석출시키는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 삼염화루테늄 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 삼염화루테늄을 가열하는 단계는
120 ~ 140℃에서 20 ~ 24시간 동안 수행하거나, 160 ~ 180℃에서 4 ~ 8시간 동안 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 삼염화루테늄 제조 방법.
