Abstract
에너지 디그레이더(10)에 있어서, 감쇠재(11)를 구비하는 구성으로 하여, 감쇠재에 입사된 하전입자를 감속시켜 에너지를 감쇠시킨다. 감쇠재(11)를 제1 축선방향(X)으로 구동하는 에너지조정용 구동수단을 설치하고, 제1 감쇠재에 대한 하전입자의 입사위치를 변경함으로써, 하전입자의 감쇠량을 조절 가능하게 한다. 또한, 감쇠재(11)를 제2 축선방향(Y)으로 구동하는 빔 직경조정용 구동수단을 설치하고, 하전입자 빔의 진행방향에 있어서의 감쇠재(11)의 위치를 변경함으로써, 빔 직경의 확대를 조절한다.

도 5는, 변형예에 관한 에너지 디그레이더의 감쇠재의 배치를 나타내는 개략도이다.
도 6은, 변형예에 관한 감쇠재를 나타내는 개략도이다.
도 7은, 감쇠재의 구동기구의 실시예를 나타내는 개략도이다.
Claims (4)
- 입사된 하전입자의 에너지를 감쇠시키는 감쇠재를 구비한 에너지 디그레이더로서,
상기 하전입자의 입사위치에 따라 상이한 감쇠량으로 에너지를 감쇠시키는 상기 감쇠재와,
상기 하전입자의 상기 입사위치를 변경하기 위하여, 제1 축선방향으로 상기 감쇠재를 구동하는 에너지조정용 구동수단과,
상기 하전입자의 빔 직경을 조절하기 위하여, 상기 감쇠재를, 상기 제1 축선방향과는 상이한 제2 축선방향으로 구동하는 빔 직경조정용 구동수단
을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에너지 디그레이더. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 하전입자의 진행방향에 있어서 상기 감쇠재의 상류측 또는 하류측에 배치되어, 상기 하전입자의 입사위치에 따라 상이한 감쇠량으로 에너지를 감쇠시키는 제2 감쇠재와,
상기 하전입자의 상기 입사위치를 변경하기 위하여, 제1 축선방향으로 상기 제2 감쇠재를 구동하는 제2 에너지조정용 구동수단
을 더욱 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에너지 디그레이더. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 감쇠재는, 상기 하전입자의 진행방향에 있어서 상기 제2 감쇠재보다 상류측에 배치되어 있는 것
을 특징으로 하는 에너지 디그레이더. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 에너지 디그레이더를 구비하고, 상기 하전입자를 조사하는 하전입자 조사시스템으로서,
상기 에너지 디그레이더에 도입될 상기 하전입자를 가속하는 가속기와,
상기 에너지 디그레이더에 의하여 에너지가 감쇠된 상기 하전입자를 조사하는 조사장치
를 구비하는 하전입자 조사시스템.
