Claims (5)
- 아연함유 폐산으로부터 아연 금속 분말의 회수방법에 있어서,
아연함유 폐산으로부터 수산화아연[Zn(OH)2] 함유 케이크를 생산하는 단계(P100):
상기 단계(P100)에서 생산된 수산화아연 함유 케이크를 가성소다액에 투입하여 수산화아연이 용출된 용출액을 생성시키는 단계(P200);
상기 단계(P200)에서 발생한 용출액을 전기분해하여 아연 금속 분말을 생성시키는 단계(P300); 및
상기 단계(P300)에서 생성된 아연 금속 분말을 회수하는 단계(P400);를 포함하되,
상기 수산화아연 함유 케이크를 생산하는 단계(P100)는, 아연함유 폐산에 가성소다(NaOH)를 투입하되, 아연함유 폐산의 농도가 pH 7.0 ~ 7.5의 범위가 되도록 가성소다를 투입하여 침전물을 형성하고 침전시킨 후, 상기 침전된 침전물을 탈수함으로써, 수산화아연 함유 케이크를 생성하고,
상기 수산화아연을 용출시키는 단계(P200)는, 상기 단계(P100)에서 생산된 수산화아연 함유 케이크를 알칼리 용액인 가성소다액 1L에 대하여 500 ~ 700 g을 투입하여, 수산화아연이 함유된 알칼리 용액을 생성하고 이를 침전시키되, 침전물은 폐기하고, 침전물이 폐기되고 남은 상등수는 수산화아연이 용출된 용출액으로 사용하며,
상기 용출액을 전기분해하여 아연 금속 분말을 생성시키는 단계(P300)는, 상기 단계(P200)에서 발생한 용출액을 스테인레스 스틸(stainless steel, STS316)로 이루어진 양극판 및 음극판이 3 ~ 5cm 간격으로 교차 배열되고 상기 양극판 및 음극판이 전원공급장치(DC converter)에 의해 500 ~ 1,000 A/㎡의 전류밀도로 전원을 공급받게 되는 전기분해조에서 전기분해하여 음극판에 아연 금속 분말을 석출 및 탈리시킨 후, 이를 상기 용출액으로부터 걸러내어 아연 금속 분말을 생성시키고,
상기 아연 금속분말의 회수하는 단계(P400)는, 상기 단계(P300)에서 생성된 아연 금속 분말을 세척하고 건조하여 회수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아연함유 폐산으로부터 아연 금속 분말의 회수방법. - 삭제
