Claims (4)
- 고체입자를 함유하는 유체로부터 고체입자를 분리하는 필터 엘리먼트로서,상기 필터 엘리먼트가, 필터 엘리먼트 모체로서 열린 셀(open cell) 다공성 성형체 및 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌 미세분말을 포함하며,상기 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌 미세분말은 중량 평균 분자량이 300만 내지 1100만이고, 체적비중이 0.15 내지 0.29이고,상기 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌 미세분말은 1차 입자의 응집체이고, 상기 응집체는 포도 다발 또는 콜리플라워(cauliflower)의 모양이며 상기 응집체는 상기 1차 입자가 연결되어 있는 부분에서 1 내지 5㎛의 공극을 가지며,상기 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌 미세분말은 상기 열린 셀 다공성 성형체의 표면 상의 공극에 채워지거나 코팅되고, 상기 열린 셀 다공성 성형체는 합성수지분말, 부직포 또는 펠트를 가열 및 소결시킴으로써 제조된, 필터 엘리먼트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌 미세분말의 평균 입경이 3 내지 150㎛임을 특징으로 하는 필터 엘리먼트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌 미세분말이, 상기 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌 미세분말에 가열에 의해 함침된 산화방지제를 추가로 함유하여, 이의 내열성을 개선시킴을 특징으로 하는, 필터 엘리먼트.
- 고체입자를 함유하는 유체로부터 고체입자를 분리하는 필터 엘리먼트의 제조방법으로서,열린-셀 다공성 성형체를 만들기 위해 합성수지분말, 부직포 또는 펠트를 가열 및 소결시킴으로써 필터 엘리먼트 모체를 제공하는 단계; 및가열 후 상기 열린-셀 다공성 성형체의 표면에, 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌 미세분말, 물 및 수분산성 바인더를 함유하는 현탁액을 적용시키는 단계를 포함하며,상기 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌 미세분말은 중량 평균 분자량이 300만 내지 1100만이고, 체적비중이 0.15 내지 0.29이며,상기 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌 미세분말은 1차 입자의 응집체의 형태이고, 여기서 상기 응집체가 포도 다발 또는 콜리플라워(cauliflower)의 모양이고, 상기 1차 입자가 연결되어 있는 부분에서 1 내지 5㎛의 공극을 갖는, 방법.
