Claims (5)
- 중심에 배치된 항장력선과, 상기 항장력선의 외주에 피복 형성되고 외주에 복수의 나선 홈이 형성된 스페이서 본체부를 구비한 나선 스페이서를 제조할 때에,상기 스페이서 본체부 형성용 용융 수지를 상기 항장력선의 외주로 압출하는 비회전 다이스 바로 앞에, 상기 항장력선을 파지하고, 이것에 비틀림을 가하는 나선 스페이서의 제조 방법에 있어서,상기 항장력선은 강선, GFRP, KFRP 등의 항장력체의 외주에 수지 피복층을 형성한 것이며,상기 항장력선의 파지는, 상기 항장력선을 중심에 배치함으로써 대향하도록 배치되고, 당해 항장력선을 협지하는 1 쌍으로 세트가 되는 복수의 롤러로 실시하고,상기 롤러는 적어도 상기 항장력선과 접촉하는 부분에 동마찰 계수가 0.3 이상인, 고마찰화 처리를 실시하거나, 또는, 고마찰 부재를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나선 스페이서의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 고마찰화 처리 또는 고마찰 부재는 상기 항장력선을 예비 가열한 후에, 냉각시켰을 때의 온도 조건에 견딜 수 있는 내열성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 나선 스페이서의 제조 방법.
- 중심에 배치된 항장력선과, 상기 항장력선의 외주에 피복 형성되고 외주에 복수의 나선 홈이 형성된 스페이서 본체부를 구비한 나선 스페이서를 제조할 때에, 상기 스페이서 본체부 형성용 용융 수지를 상기 항장력선의 외주로 압출하는 비회전 다이스 바로 앞에, 상기 항장력선을 파지하고, 이것에 비틀림을 가하는 비틀림 장치를 설치하는 나선 스페이서의 제조 장치에 있어서,상기 비틀림 장치는 상기 항장력선의 파지 기구부와, 상기 파지 기구부의 비틀림 기구부를 구비하고,상기 파지 기구부는, 상기 항장력선을 중심에 배치함으로써 대향하도록 배치되고, 당해 항장력선을 협지하는 1 쌍으로 세트가 되는 복수의 롤러를 가지고,상기 롤러는 상기 항장력선과 접촉하는 부분에 동마찰 계수가 0.3 이상인, 고마찰화 처리하거나, 또는, 고마찰 부재를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 나선 스페이서의 제조 장치.
- 삭제
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 고마찰화 처리는 강제 롤러의 표면에 샌드 블라스트 가공을 실시하는 것, 또는, 강제 롤러의 표면에 실리카를 매립한 고무 코트 처리를 실시하는 것 중 어느 하나에서 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나선 스페이서의 제조 장치.
