Claims (8)
- 레일을 따라 이동하기 위한 자기부상차량에 있어서,몸체(3),상기 차량을 부상시키도록 상기 레일 상에 위치한 상보형 자기 수단과 협동하는 자기 수단 및 서로 상대적으로 이동가능하고 상기 몸체 아래에서 길이방향으로 나란히 배치된 2개 이상의 부상 모듈(5, 6)을 포함하는 부상 장치,상기 몸체(3)와 상기 부상 장치(4)가 메인 베어링 방향으로 상대적으로 이동할 수 있도록 상기 몸체(3)와 상기 부상 장치(4) 사이에 배치된 서스펜션 수단(12, 13)을 포함하고,상기 몸체(3)는, 상기 부상 장치 위에 장착되어 있고,상기 서스펜션 수단은 공압식 다이아프램 서스펜션(pneumatic diaphragm suspension)(12, 13)을 포함하며,상기 공압식 다이아프램 서스펜션은, 상기 공압식 서스펜션을 고정시키는 제1 커넥터(33)와 제2 커넥터(34), 및 상기 제1 커넥터(33)와 상기 제2 커넥터(34) 사이에 압축성 유체를 수용하는 밀봉된 캐버티(C)를 형성하는 변형가능한 다이아프램(35)을 포함하고,상기 제1 커넥터(33)는 상기 부상 장치(4)에 연결되며,상기 제2 커넥터(34)는 상기 몸체(3)에 고정되며,상기 공압식 다이아프램 서스펜션은, 상기 제2 커넥터(34)가 상기 제1 커넥터(33)에 대하여 상기 메인 베어링 방향(P)을 가로지르는 방향으로 이동할 수 있도록 구성되고,상기 제2 커넥터(34)는 길이방향 링크(14)에 의하여 상기 2개 이상의 부상 모듈(5, 6) 중 하나의 모듈에 길이방향으로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기부상차량.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 커넥터(33)는 상기 2개 이상의 부상 모듈(5, 6)에 연결되는것을 특징으로 하는 자기부상차량.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1 커넥터(33)는, 상기 2개 이상의 부상 모듈(5, 6) 상에 상기 메인 베어링 방향(P)으로 지지되는 플레이트(16)에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기부상차량.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 플레이트(16)는 상기 메인 베어링 방향(P)과 평행인 축(A)을 갖는 피벗 연결부에 의하여 상기 2개 이상의 부상 모듈 중 하나의 부상 모듈(5)에 연결되며, 다른 하나의 부상 모듈(6)과 면 베어링 결합(plane bearing engagement)되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기부상차량.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서,상기 플레이트(16)는 탄성 스러스트 베어링(resilient thrust bearing)(43, 44)을 거쳐 상기 2개 이상의 부상 모듈(5, 6) 상에 지지되어 상기 메인 베어링 방향(P)으로의 이동이 제한될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기부상차량.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 메인 베어링 방향(P)으로 허용된 이동에 대한 상기 제1 커넥터(33)와 상기 제2 커넥터(34) 사이에 허용된 상대적인 횡방향 이동의 비율은 5 내지 15의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기부상차량.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 공압식 다이아프램 서스펜션(12, 13)에 의하여 허용된 횡방향 이동은 80 mm 내지 200 mm 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기부상차량.
