Description
以下、本発明の第1実施形態について図面を基に説明する。図1〜2は、本発明に係る鉄道車両用空気ばねとしての第1実施形態を示す縦断面図である。図1は弾性機構の受け部と下面板とがインロー嵌合した状態を示し、図2は弾性機構の受け部と下面板とが離間した状態を示す。
図4〜図5は、空気ばねの第2実施形態を示す縦断面図である。図4は、弾性機構の受け部と下面板とがインロー嵌合した状態を示し、図5は弾性機構の受け部と下面板とが離間した状態を示す。本実施形態と第1実施形態との相違点は、本実施形態では車体の底面の一部を上面板として利用するのではなく、車体の底面とは別体の上面板を用いている点及び弾性機構(ストッパー)の種類が異なる点とされており、その他の構成は第1実施形態と同様とされる。なお、便宜上、第1実施形態で説明した部材と同じ機能を有する部材には、同じ符号を付している。
図6〜図7は、空気ばねの第3実施形態を示す縦断面図である。図6は、弾性機構の受け部と下面板とがインロー嵌合した状態を示し、図7は弾性機構の受け部と下面板とが離間した状態を示す。本実施形態と第2実施形態との相違点は、本実施形態では、可撓部材として、ゴム製ダイアフラムが使用されており、それに合わせて、上面板の形状及び下面板の形状が変更された点とされており、その他の構成は第2実施形態と同様とされる。

Claims (5)
- 上面板と、下面板と、前記上面板及び下面板の間に介装される筒状の可撓部材と、前記下面板に取り付けられる弾性機構とを備え、前記弾性機構は、前記下面板を受ける受け部を有しており、前記受け部と前記下面板とが着脱可能にインロー嵌合してなることを特徴とする空気ばね。
- 前記下面板と弾性機構との相対的な回転を規制する規制部材が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の空気ばね。
- 前記上面板、可撓部材及び下面板とで空気室が画成され、前記空気室は加圧空気を封入可能に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の空気ばね。
- 車体と、台車と、前記車体と前記台車との間に設置された、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の空気ばねとを備えた鉄道車両であって、前記空気ばねは、車体側に接続された上面板、可撓部材及び下面板と、台車側に接続された弾性機構とに分離可能とされたことを特徴とする鉄道車両。
- 前記上面板は、前記車体の一部によって形成されたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の鉄道車両。
