Claims (12)
- 불투명 폴리에스테르필름으로 이루어진 기재필름;
상기 기재필름의 상면에 평균입경이 3 ~ 50㎛인 입자를 포함하는 UV경화형 제 1 코팅 조성물로 제조되는 제 1 코팅층; 및
상기 기재필름의 하면에 입자를 포함하지 않으며, 폴리카보네이트디올과 지방족 디이소시아네이트화합물을 반응시킨 우레탄 아크릴레이트계 올리고머 5 ~ 15 중량%; 이소시아누레이트기를 갖는 아크릴레이트 모노머 1 ~ 10 중량%, 히드록시 피발릭 산 네오펜틸 글리콜 디아크릴레이트 5 ~ 10 중량% 및 이들을 제외한 모노 아크릴레이트계 모노머, 이관능성 아크릴레이트계 모노머, 삼관능성 아크릴레이트계 모노머, 다관능성 아크릴레이트계 모노머에서 선택되는 2종 이상의 아크릴레이트계 모노머 혼합물 10 ~ 15중량%, 광개시제 1 ~ 5 중량%; 및 용제 50 ~ 70 중량%;를 포함하는 UV경화형 제 2 코팅 조성물로 제조되는 제 2 코팅층;
을 포함하며, 전체 시트의 두께가 200 ~ 280㎛인 백라이트유닛용 반사시트. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 코팅층은 평균입경이 3 ~ 50㎛인 입자를 더 포함하는 백라이트유닛용 반사시트. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 코팅층은 두께가 3 ~ 20㎛인 백라이트유닛용 반사시트. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 코팅층은 두께가 3 ~ 20㎛인 백라이트유닛용 반사시트. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 UV경화형 제 1 코팅 조성물은 폴리카보네이트디올과 지방족 디이소시아네이트화합물을 반응시킨 우레탄 아크릴레이트계 올리고머 5 ~ 15 중량%; 이소시아누레이트기를 갖는 아크릴레이트 모노머 1 ~ 10 중량%, 히드록시 피발릭 산 네오펜틸 글리콜 디아크릴레이트 5 ~ 10 중량% 및 이들을 제외한 모노 아크릴레이트계 모노머, 이관능성 아크릴레이트계 모노머, 삼관능성 아크릴레이트계 모노머, 다관능성 아크릴레이트계 모노머에서 선택되는 2종 이상의 아크릴레이트계 모노머 혼합물 10 ~ 15 중량%, 광개시제 1 ~ 5 중량%; 평균입경이 3 ~ 50㎛인 입자 5 ~ 15 중량%; 및 용제 50 ~ 70 중량%;를 포함하는 백라이트유닛용 반사시트. - 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 UV경화형 제 2 코팅 조성물은 평균입경이 3 ~ 50㎛인 입자 5 ~ 15 중량%를 더 포함하는 백라이트유닛용 반사시트. - 제 1항 또는 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 아크릴레이트계 모노머 혼합물은 2-페녹시에틸아크릴레이트, 2-(2-에톡시에톡시)에틸아크릴레이트, 아크릴로일 모폴린, 디프로필렌 글리콜 디아크릴레이트, 트리프로필렌 글리콜 디아크릴레이트, 부탄디올 디아크릴레이트, 비스페놀 A 에톡시레이트 디아크릴레이트, 비스페놀 A 에톡시레이트 메틸디아클릴레이트, 트리메틸올프로판 트리아크릴레이트, 펜타에리트리톨 트리아크릴레이트, 트리메틸프로판 트리아크릴레이트, 디펜타에리트리톨 헥사아크릴레이트, 디펜타에리트리톨 펜타아크릴레이트, 펜타에리트리톨 테트라아크릴레이트에서 선택되는 2종 이상의 혼합물인 백라이트유닛용 반사시트. - 제 1항 또는 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 지방족 디이소시아네이트화합물은 이소포론 디이소시아네이트, 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트, 4,4-디사이클로헥실메탄 디이소시아네이트에서 선택되는 백라이트유닛용 반사시트. - 제 1항 또는 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 광개시제는 1-히드록시-사이클로헥실-페닐-케톤, 2-벤질-2-N,N-디메틸아미노-1-(4-모르폴리노페닐)-1-부타논, 2-하이드록시-2-메틸-1-페닐-프로판-1-온, 4,4-디아미노벤조페논, 2-메틸-1〔4-(메틸티오)페닐〕-2-모폴리노프로판-1-온, 악시-페닐-아세틱 엑시드 2-(2-악소-2-페닐-아세토시-에톡시)-에틸에스테르 & 악시-페닐-아세틱 엑시드 2-(2-하이드록시-에토시)-에틸에스테르의 혼합형인 백라이트유닛용 반사시트. - 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 입자는 경질 아크릴레이트, 폴리스티렌, 나일론, 연질 아크릴레이트, 실리콘에서 선택되는 고분자입자인 백라이트유닛용 반사시트. - 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 코팅층 및 제 2 코팅층은 마이크로 그라비아 롤을 이용하여 코팅한 백라이트유닛용 반사시트.
