Claims (5)
- 고압반응기의 내부에 충전된 촉매에 잠기는 열전대가 선단에 설치되고, 상기 열전대와 연결되어 촉매의 반응온도를 측정하는 온도센서가 내부에 수용되어 상기 고압반응기의 몸통을 관통하여 설치된 보호관과;상기 고압반응기의 외부로 노출된 보호관의 후단에 설치된 후 용접처리되어 유독가스의 누출경로를 차폐하는 압축차단기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탈황공정용 고압반응기의 열전대 차폐장치.
- 삭제
- 고압반응기의 내부에 충전된 촉매에 잠기는 열전대가 선단에 설치되고, 상기 열전대와 연결되어 촉매의 반응온도를 측정하는 온도센서가 내부에 수용되어 상기 고압반응기의 몸통을 관통하여 설치된 보호관과;상기 고압반응기의 외부로 노출된 보호관의 후단에 연장 설치된 연장보호관과;상기 연장보호관의 후단에 설치된 후 용접처리되어 유독가스의 누출경로를 차폐하는 압축차단기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탈황공정용 고압반응기의 열전대 차폐장치.
- 삭제
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 압축차단기는 수용공간이 내부에 형성된 실링캡으로 감싸 격리토록 하고, 이 실링캡에 형성된 수용공간에는 차폐용 기밀재가 충전됨을 특징으로 하는 탈황공정용 고압반응기의 열전대 차폐장치.
