Claims (4)
- 金属製のケースに収容された熱電対を高温環境下で保護する保護カバーであって、
前記熱電対の軸部を冷却する軸保護部と、前記熱電対の先端部を保護するキャップとからなり、
前記軸保護部は、前記熱電対が挿通される第1管と、冷却水の流路を形成する第2管および第3管とからなる三重管であって、
前記キャップは、前記熱電対の先端部を収容する空間である保護室と、前記第2管と第3管を連絡させる連絡流路を有し、
前記連絡流路の前端は、前記キャップと前記軸保護部との接合部よりも先端側に至ることを特徴とする熱電対の保護カバー。 - 前記キャップは、先端の面のみに開口部を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱電対の保護カバー。
- 前記キャップの先端には、中央に前記開口部を有する円環状の蓋が接合されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の熱電対の保護カバー。
- 前記キャップの保護室には、前記熱電対の先端を支持するガイド部材が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の熱電対の保護カバー。
