Abstract
이를 위하여, 본 발명은 형태를 갖는 상,하부 파이부의 내측으로 형성된 결합홈에 브레이싱부가 결합되어 이루어지는 파이 트러스 구조에 있어서, 상기 파이부는 평판형태를 갖는 플랜지부재의 내측에 2열의 웹부재가 직각으로 맞대어지게 각각 결합되어, 내측으로 ""형 결합홈이 길이방향으로 형성되어지되, 상기 2열의 웹부재 일측 단부는 상기 플랜지부재에 용접이음으로 결헙되어지고, 타측 단부는 외측으로 절곡되어 보강플랜지부가 각각 형성되어지며, 상기 상,하부 파이부의 결합홈이 서로 마주보게 구비되어 상기 결합홈에 결합구가 각각 결합되어지고, 상기 결합구에 브레이싱부가 결합되어짐을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (5)
- 형태를 갖는 상,하부 파이부(10)의 내측으로 형성된 결합홈(13)에 브레이싱부(20)가 결합되어 이루어지는 파이 트러스 구조에 있어서,
상기 파이부(10)는 평판형태를 갖는 플랜지부재(11)의 내측에 2열의 웹부재(12)가 직각으로 맞대어지게 각각 결합되어, 내측으로 ""형 결합홈(13)이 길이방향으로 형성되어지되, 상기 2열의 웹부재(12) 일측 단부는 상기 플랜지부재(11)에 용접이음으로 결합되어지고, 타측 단부는 외측으로 절곡되어 보강플랜지부(14)가 각각 형성되어지며, 상기 상,하부 파이부(10)의 결합홈(13)이 서로 마주보게 구비되어 상기 결합홈(13)에 결합구(30)가 각각 결합되어지고, 상기 결합구(30)에 브레이싱부(20)가 각각 결합되어짐을 특징으로 하는 파이 트러스 구조. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 플랜지부재(11)에 맞대어지는 웹부재(12)의 일측 단부도 상기 웹부재(12)의 타측 단부에 형성되어진 보강플랜지부(14)와 동일한 형태로 절곡되어 상부보강플랜지부(15)가 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 파이 트러스 구조. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 플랜지부재(11)에 맞대어지는 좌,우측의 웹부재(12) 일측 단부가 수평보강재(16)로 서로 연결되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이 트러스 구조. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 결합구(30)는 제1결합편(31)이 제2결합편(32)에 용접이음으로 결합되어지되, 상기 제1결합편(31) 및 제2결합편(32)에는 각각 결합공(H)이 형성되어짐을 특징으로 하는 파이 트러스 구조. - 삭제
