Claims (4)
- 상대적으로 왕복 이동하는 2개 부재(31, 32) 사이의 환상 간극에 배치되는 밀봉장치(50)로서, 액체가 밀봉된 제1 밀봉영역(O) 측에 설치되고서, 2개 부재 중의 한쪽 부재(32)의 표면에 대해 슬라이드 이동하는 제1 씰 립(51)과, 기체가 밀봉된 제2 밀봉영역(G) 측에 설치되고서, 상기 한쪽 부재(32)의 표면에 대해 슬라이드 이동하는 제2 씰 립(52)을 갖추어, 제1 밀봉영역(O)으로의 기체 누설을 방지함과 더불어 제2 밀봉영역(G)으로의 액체 누설을 방지하는 밀봉장치에 있어서,상기 제1 씰 립(51)의 립 선단의 형상과 상기 제2 씰 립(52)의 립 선단의 형상이,상기 제1 씰 립(51)이 상기 한쪽 부재(32)의 표면에 대해 슬라이드 이동했을 때 슬라이드부분에 형성되는 상기 액체에 의한 막의 두께가, 상기 제2 씰 립(52)이 상기 한쪽 부재의 표면에 대해 슬라이드 이동했을 때 슬라이드부분에 형성되는 상기 액체에 의한 막의 두께보다도 얇아지도록 구성되어 있고,상기 제1 씰 립(51)에서의 제2 밀봉영역(G) 측의 경사면과 제2 씰 립(52)에서의 제1 밀봉영역(O) 측의 경사면에는, 각각 복수의 환상 돌기(51a, 52a)가 형성되어 있되,이들 복수의 환상 돌기(51a, 52a)는, 제1 밀봉영역(O) 측도 제2 밀봉영역(G) 측도 모두 경사면으로 구성되어 있으면서, 이들 환상 돌기(51a, 52a)가 상기 한쪽 부재(32)의 표면에 대해 슬라이드 이동한 상태에서 당해 한쪽 부재(32) 표면에 대한 제1 밀봉영역(O) 측의 경사면의 경사각도가 제2 밀봉영역(G) 측의 경사면의 경사각도보다도 커지도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 씰 립(51)의 립 선단은 각이 진 형상인데 대해, 제2 씰 립(52)의 립 선단은 곡면형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉장치.

- 축 구멍을 가진 실린더(31)와,상기 축 구멍 내에 삽입되는 피스톤(32)을 구비한 유압실린더에서,상기 실린더(31) 내에는, 오일이 밀봉된 제1 밀봉영역(O)과 질소가스가 밀봉된 제2 밀봉영역(G)이 형성되어 있고,상기 축 구멍의 내주 표면과 상기 피스톤(32)의 외주 표면 사이의 환상 간극에 대해, 제1 밀봉영역(O) 측에 제1 씰 립(51)이 설치되고, 제2 밀봉영역(G) 측에 제2 씰 립(52)이 설치되도록, 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 기재된 밀봉장치가 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 유압실린더.
