Claims (10)
- 회전 가능한 축 (3) 의 베어링을 위한 베어링 케이싱 (4) 과, 베어링 케이싱 위에 지지되고 지지 영역에서 베어링 케이싱을 동심으로 둘러싸는 가스 입구 케이싱 (1), 그리고 베어링 케이싱에 장착된 축에 대해 가스 입구 케이싱을 중심맞춤 위한 중심맞춤 링 (2) 을 포함하며, 이 중심맞춤 링과 베어링 케이싱 또는 가스 입구 케이싱은 상호결합 중심맞춤 수단 (12, 21, 42) 을 포함하는 터빈 케이싱에 있어서,상기 중심맞춤 수단은 홈 (12, 42) 과 이 홈에 결합하는 반경 방향 또는 축선 방향의 중심맞춤 돌출부 (21) 를 포함하며, 가스 입구 케이싱 (1) 과 베어링 케이싱 (4) 중에서 중심맞춤 수단을 갖지 않는 케이싱과 중심맞춤 링 (2) 사이의 마찰 결합이 있고,상기 중심맞춤 링 (2) 은 중심맞춤 수단 반대쪽의 면 (23) 에서 베어링 케이싱 (4) 또는 가스 입구 케이싱 (1) 에 가압되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터빈 케이싱.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 중심맞춤 돌출부 (21) 는 중심맞춤 링에 배치되고, 홈 (42, 12) 은 베어링 케이싱 (4) 또는 가스 입구 케이싱 (1) 에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터빈 케이싱.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 홈은 중심맞춤 링에 형성되고, 중심맞춤 돌출부는 베어링 케이싱 또는 가스 입구 케이싱에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터빈 케이싱.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 중심맞춤 수단 반대쪽에 있는 중심맞춤 링의 면 (23) 및 중심맞춤 링이 가압되는 케이싱면 (11, 41) 은 원뿔 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 터빈 케이싱.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 원뿔각은 중심맞춤 링 (2) 과 케이싱면 (11, 41) 사이의 압입 끼워맞춤이 셀프 - 잠금 되지 않도록 15 °- 30 °로 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터빈 케이싱.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 베어링 케이싱 (4) 은, 지지 영역에서 축방향 스톱 (43) 을 가지며, 가스 입구 케이싱 (1) 을 베어링 케이싱 (4) 에 축선 방향으로 결합하기 위한 수단 (51, 52) 에 의해 상기 축방향 스톱 (43) 은 가스 입구 케이싱의 축방향 스톱 (13) 에 가압되며, 그리고 베어링 케이싱의 축방향 스톱 (43) 과 가스 입구 케이싱 (1) 사이에 반경 방향으로 배치된 중심맞춤 링 (2) 은, 가스 입구 케이싱과 베어링 케이싱의 축선 방향 결합에 의해 베어링 케이싱 또는 가스 입구 케이싱에 가압되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터빈 케이싱.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중심맞춤 링은 서로 후크식 연결되는 다수의 중심맞춤 링 세그먼트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터빈 케이싱.
- 가스 입구 케이싱 (1) 및 베어링 케이싱 (4) 그리고 베어링 케이싱에 회전 가능하게 장착되는 축 (3) 을 갖는 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 터빈 케이싱을 포함하며, 가스 입구 케이싱은 베어링 케이싱과 함께 축에 대해 중심맞춤되고, 임의의 요구되는 각도로 결합 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 터빈.
- 제 9 항에 따른 배기 가스 터빈을 포함하는 과급기.
