도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 이차 전지용 케이스의 제조 방법을 나타낸 플로우 차트이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 이차 전지용 케이스의 제조 방법을 나타낸 플로우 차트이다.

Claims (17)
- 전극 조립체를 수용하며 전도성 재질로 이루어지는 몸체;
상기 몸체의 내면 및 외면에 형성되는 산화피막; 및
상기 산화피막 상에 형성되고 상기 몸체의 내면 및 외면에 위치하며, 유기물로 이루어진 봉공층을 포함하고,
상기 봉공층은 상기 봉공층의 표면에 복수의 색 또는 무늬가 나타나도록 복수 색의 유기물이 서로 배합되어 이루어지는 이차 전지용 케이스. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 몸체는 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 합금으로 이루어진 알루미늄 판이고, 그리고
상기 산화피막은 상기 알루미늄 판을 아디핀산 용액에 침지한 상태에서 전기화학적 처리를 통해 상기 알루미늄 판의 표면에 형성되는 산화알루미늄 막인 이차 전지용 케이스. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 아디핀산 용액 내에서의 전기화학적 처리를 위한 조건으로,
상기 아디핀산 용액의 몰농도는 0.5 내지 1.5M이고;
처리 온도는 60 내지 80℃이고; 그리고
처리 전압은 100 내지 150V인 이차 전지용 케이스. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 알루미늄 판의 기계적 경도를 증가 시키기 위해,
상기 산화알루미늄 막의 두께는 붕산 용액 내에서의 전기화학적 처리에 의해 증가되는 이차 전지용 케이스. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 붕산 용액 내에서의 전기화학적 처리를 위한 조건으로,
상기 붕산 용액의 몰농도는 0.5 내지 2.0M이고;
처리 온도는 60 내지 80℃이고; 그리고
처리 전압은 250 내지 500V인 이차 전지용 케이스. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 산화피막이 형성된 상기 몸체는 고용량 또는 고출력의 전지의 케이스에 사용되는 이차 전지용 케이스. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 산화피막이 형성된 상기 몸체는 하이브리드 전기 자동차용 전지 또는 전기 자동차용 전지의 케이스에 사용되는 이차 전지용 케이스. - 삭제

- 알루미늄 판을 아디핀산 용액에 침지하는 단계;
상기 아디핀산 용액에 침지된 상태에서 전기화학적 처리를 통해 상기 알루미늄 판의 내면과 외면에 산화알루미늄 막을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 산화알루미늄 막에 유기물로 이루어진 봉공층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 봉공층은 상기 알루미늄 판의 내면과 외면에 위치하며, 상기 봉공층의 표면에 복수의 색 또는 무늬가 나타나도록 복수 색의 유기물이 서로 배합되어 이루어지는 이차 전지용 케이스의 제조 방법. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 산화알루미늄 막을 형성하는 단계에서,
상기 아디핀산 용액 내에서의 전기화학적 처리를 위한 조건으로,
상기 아디핀산 용액의 몰농도는 0.5 내지 1.5M이고;
처리 온도는 60 내지 80℃이고; 그리고
처리 전압은 100 내지 150V인 이차 전지용 케이스의 제조 방법. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 산화알루미늄 막을 형성하는 단계와 상기 봉공층을 형성하는 단계 사이에,
상기 산화알루미늄 막이 형성된 상기 알루미늄 판을 붕산 용액에 침지하는 단계; 및
상기 붕산 용액에 침지한 상태에서 전기화학적 처리를 통해 상기 산화알루미늄 막의 두께를 증가시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 이차 전지용 케이스의 제조 방법. - 제13항에 있어서,
상기 산화알루미늄 막의 두께를 증가시키는 단계에서,
상기 붕산 용액 내에서의 전기화학적 처리를 위한 조건으로,
상기 붕산 용액의 몰농도는 0.5 내지 2.0M이고;
처리 온도는 60 내지 80℃이고; 그리고
처리 전압은 250 내지 500V인 이차 전지용 케이스의 제조 방법. - 삭제
- 제11항에서,
상기 봉공층을 형성하는 단계 후에,
상기 알루미늄 판을 설정 형상으로 가공하는 단계를 더 포함하는 이차 전지용 케이스의 제조 방법. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 아디핀산 용액에 침지하는 단계 전에,
상기 알루미늄 판을 설정 형상으로 가공하는 단계를 더 포함하는 이차 전지용 케이스의 제조 방법.
