Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 절연기판;상기 절연기판상에 형성된 유기발광소자;상기 발광소자를 덮어 밀봉하는 것으로, 교대로 적층된 적어도 하나의 유기막 및 무기막을 포함하여 이루어진 내측 적층체; 및상기 내측 적층체를 덮도록 도포된 것으로, 적어도 둘 이상의 폴리머막과 상기 폴리머막 사이에서 결합을 매개하는 접착층을 포함하여 이루어지고, 상기 폴리머막과 접착층 사이의 경계에는 열처리를 통해 경화된 열경화막이 생성되어 있는 외측 적층체;를 포함하는 평판표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 내측 적층체는 상기 유기발광소자에 대해 밀착된 유기막 및 상기 유기막과 함께 교대로 적층된 무기막을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 폴리머막 및 접착층 각각은 라미네이팅(laminating) 공정으로 선행하는 층위에 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판표시장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 폴리머막 및 접착층은 토출 노즐을 통한 원소재 페이스트의 분사에 의해 선행하는 층위에 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판표시장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 폴리머막 및 접착층은 스크린 프린팅(screen printing)에 의해 선행하는 층위에 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 폴리머막은 폴리올레핀(polyolefin)을 주소재로 하여 추가적인 원소들이 함유된 폴리올레핀의 블랜드(polyolefin의 blend), 또는 불포화 에틸렌 공중합체(ethylene unsaturate ester copolymer), 또는 폴리에틸렌(polyethylene)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 접착층은 폴리에스테르(polyester)와 나일론(nylon)을 소정 분율로 포함한 혼합물로 이루어지고, 서로 대면 접촉된 접착층과 폴리머막은 상기 열처리를 통하여 상호 열 융착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 열경화막은 상기 폴리머막에 대한 코로나 방전처리를 통해 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유기막은 아크릴(acrylic), 메타크릴(methacrylic), 폴리에스테르(polyester), 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(PET), 폴리에틸렌(polyethylene), 폴리프로필렌(polypropylene) 중에서 선택된 고분자 수지재로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 무기막은 In2O3, SnO2, ITO, SiO2, Al2O3, TiO2, AlN, SiN, SiC, SiON 중에서 선택된 세라막 소재를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판표시장치.
- 절연기판상에 유기발광소자를 형성하는 단계;상기 발광소자를 덮어 밀봉하도록 유기막과 무기막을 교대로 적층하여 내측 적층체를 형성하는 단계;상기 내측 적층체를 덮도록 제1 폴리머막과 접착층을 순차로 도포하고, 열처리를 통해 상기 제1 폴리머막의 경계에 열경화막을 생성하는 단계; 및상기 접착층 상에 제2 폴리머막을 도포하고, 열처리를 통해 상기 제2 폴리머막의 경계에 열경화막을 생성하는 단계;를 포함하는 평판표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 열처리는 상기 폴리머막에 대한 코로나 방전처리를 통해 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 평면표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 제2 폴리머막의 경계에 열경화막을 생성하는 단계 이후에,상기 제2 폴리머막 상에 접착층과 제3 폴리머막을 도포하고, 열처리를 통해 상기 제3 폴리머막의 경계에 열경화막을 생성하는 단계가 더 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판표시장치의 제조방법.
