Abstract
Description
上記ハードシェルセルハウジングは、
‐1個のアルカリ金属セル、特にリチウムセルのセル構成要素を収容するための内部空間を有するハウジング基部本体と、
‐ハウジング基部本体の内部空間を密閉するハウジングカバーと、
を含み、
ハウジング基部本体は、少なくとも基本的に合成樹脂で形成され、少なくとも1つの防湿層を含む、上記ハードシェルセルハウジングである。
上記方法は、以下の処理工程を含み、即ち、
a)1個のアルカリ金属セルのセル構成要素を収容するための内部空間を有する、合成樹脂製のハウジング基部本体と、場合によっては、ハウジング基部本体の内部空間を密閉するための、合成樹脂製のハウジングカバーと、を準備/形成する工程と、
b)1個のアルカリ金属セルのセル構成要素、特に捲回型(リチウムイオン)セルをセルハウジング基部本体の内部空間へと入れる工程と、
c)ハウジングカバーによってハウジング基部本体の内部空間を密閉し、特に気密に密閉する工程と、
を含み、
処理工程a)において、及び/又は、処理工程c)の後に続く処理工程d)において、ハウジング基部本体の合成樹脂、又は、ハウジング基部本体及びハウジングカバーの合成樹脂に、例えば、本発明に係る方法の枠組みにおいて解説された塗装技術によって、少なくとも1つの防湿層が付けられ又は被せられ、及び/又は、
処理工程a)において、少なくとも1つの防湿層が、ハウジング基部本体の合成樹脂、又は、ハウジング基部本体及びハウジングカバーの合成樹脂に組み込まれる、上記方法である。
Claims (15)
- 1個のアルカリ金属セル(1)のためのハードシェルセルハウジングであって、
‐1個のアルカリ金属セルの前記セル構成要素(30)を収容するための内部空間を有するハウジング基部本体(2)と、
‐前記ハウジング基部本体(2)の前記内部空間を密閉するハウジングカバー(3)と、
を含み、
前記ハウジング基部本体(2)は、少なくとも基本的に合成樹脂で形成され、少なくとも1つの防湿層(4)を含む、ハードシェルセルハウジング。 - 前記アルカリ金属セルは、リチウムイオンセルである、請求項1に記載のハードシェルセルハウジング。
- 前記ハウジング基部本体(2)の前記内部空間は、1個の捲回型セル(30)を収容するよう設計される、請求項1又は2に記載のハードシェルセルハウジング。
- 前記ハウジング基部本体(2)及び前記ハウジングカバー(3)は、少なくとも基本的に合成樹脂で構成され、
前記ハウジング基部本体(2)及び前記ハウジングカバー(3)は、少なくとも1つの防湿層(4)を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のハードシェルセルハウジング。 - 前記ハウジング基部本体(2)、又は、前記ハウジング基部本体及び前記ハウジングカバー(3)は少なくとも基本的に、ポリオレフィン、ポリフェニレンサルファイド、及びこれらの組み合わせから成る群から選択される少なくとも1つの重合体を含む合成樹脂で形成される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のハードシェルハウジング。
- 前記防湿層は、前記ハウジング基部本体(2)の材料、又は、前記ハウジング基部本体(2)及び前記ハウジングカバー(3)の材料に直接的に塗布される、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のハードシェルセルハウジング。
- 少なくとも、前記ハウジング基部本体(2)の、又は、前記ハウジング基部本体(2)及び前記ハウジングカバー(3)の、前記ハウジングが閉じた状態で内側に存在する面が、防湿層(4)によって覆われ、及び/又は、
少なくとも、前記ハウジング基部本体(2)の、又は、前記ハウジング基部本体(2)及び前記ハウジングカバー(3)の、前記ハウジングが閉じた状態で外側に存在する面が、防湿層(4)によって覆われ、及び/又は、
前記防湿層(4)は、前記ハウジング基部本体(2)、又は、前記ハウジング基部本体(2)及び前記ハウジングカバー(3)の前記合成樹脂に組み込まれ、前記防湿層(4)は、前記ハウジングが閉じた状態で前記防湿層(4)が前記ハウジング内部空間を基本的に完全に包むように、前記ハウジング基部本体(2)、又は、前記ハウジング基部本体(2)及び前記ハウジングカバー(3)の合成樹脂に組み込まれる、前記請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のハードシェルセルハウジング。 - 前記防湿層は、金属層、有機層、高分子層、又はガラス層である、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のハードシェルセルハウジング。
- 前記防湿層は、蒸着処理によって、スパッタリングによって、ガルバニックコーティングによって又は噴霧処理によって又は浸し塗りによって、特に、蒸着処理によって、スパッタリングによって、又は、ガルバニックコーティングによって塗布される、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のハードシェルセルハウジング。
- 前記防湿層は金属層であり、特に、前記防湿層は、アルミニウム及び/又はクロム及び/又はシリコンを含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のハードシェルセルハウジング。
- 前記ハウジング基部本体(2)及び前記ハウジングカバー(3)は、前記ハウジングの密閉時にさねはぎ接合を形成するよう構成された接合要素(Z)を有し、
特に、前記さねはぎ接合を形成するための前記接合要素(Z)は、前記ハウジング基部本体(2)の前記内部空間の開口部の周りを回り、
特に、前記さねはぎ接合を形成するための前記接合要素(Z)は、前記防湿層(4)で覆われ、又は、前記接合要素(Z)に組み込まれた防湿層(4)が設けられる、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のハードシェルセルハウジング。 - 請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のハードシェルセルハウジングを備えたガルバニセルであって、前記ハードシェルセルハウジングの前記ハウジング基部本体(2)の内部空間には、1個のアルカリ金属セルの前記セル構成要素(30)、特に1個の捲回型(リチウムイオン)セルが配置される、ガルバニセル。
- 前記アルカリ金属セルの前記セル構成要素(30)、特に前記捲回型リチウムイオンセルは、合成樹脂包装膜で包装される、請求項12に記載のガルバニ要素。
- 前記合成樹脂包装膜は、少なくとも1つの極性変性された、特にグラフト化されたポリオレフィン、特に、マレイン酸グラフトポリプロピレンを含む、請求項13に記載のガルバニ要素。
- 請求項12〜14のいずれか1項に記載のガルバニセルを製造する方法であって、
前記方法は、以下の処理工程を含み、即ち、
a)1個のアルカリ金属セルの前記セル構成要素(30)を収容するための内部空間を有する、合成樹脂製のハウジング基部本体(2)と、場合によっては、前記ハウジング基部本体(13)の前記内部空間を密閉するための、合成樹脂製のハウジングカバー(3)と、を準備する工程と、
b)1個のアルカリ金属セルの前記セル構成要素(30)、特に捲回型(リチウムイオン)セルを前記セルハウジング基部本体(2)の前記内部空間へと入れる工程と、
c)前記ハウジングカバー(3)によって前記ハウジング基部本体(2)の前記内部空間を密閉し、特に気密に密閉する工程と、
を含み、
処理工程a)において、及び/又は、処理工程c)の後に続く処理工程d)において、前記ハウジング基部本体(2)の前記合成樹脂、又は、前記ハウジング基部本体(2)及び前記ハウジングカバー(3)の前記合成樹脂に、少なくとも1つの防湿層(4)が付けられ、及び/又は、
処理工程a)において、少なくとも1つの防湿層(4)が、前記ハウジング基部本体(2)の前記合成樹脂、又は、前記ハウジング基部本体(2)及び前記ハウジングカバー(3)の前記合成樹脂に組み込まれる、方法。
