Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- (ⅰ) 그래프트상 (A)을 포함하고, 잔류 수분 함량이 1 내지 50 중량%인 그래프트 엘라스토머 (D)를 얻는 단계,(ⅱ) 그래프트 엘라스토머 (D) 및 열가소성 수지 (B)를 용융시키고 유기 휘발성 성분 (C)을 제거하도록 계산된 조건하에 운전되는 배합 반응기의 1개 이상의 유입구를 통해 그래프트 엘라스토머 (D) 및 열가소성 수지 (B)를 도입하는 단계, 및(ⅲ) 그래프트상 (A), 그래프트 엘라스토머 (D) 및 열가소성 수지 (B)를 포함하는 용융 혼합물을 취합하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 반응기는 표면을 갖는 하우징, 혼련 작용을 제공하고 반응기의 유입구를 향해 용융 혼합물의 일부를 이송하는 다수의 혼련 바아 및 배출 대역이 장착된 것이며, 상기 조건은 혼련 작용을 통한 기계적 에너지 대 표면을 통한 열 에너지의 비율이 4:1 내지 1:6이 되도록 상기 기계적 에너지 및 열 에너지를 도입하는 것을 포함하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 엘라스토머 변성 열가소성 물질의 연속 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, (i) 단계에서 그래프트 엘라스토머 (D)를 원심 분리기 및 탈수 압출기 중 하나 이상에서 탈수시키는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, (i) 단계에서 그래프트 엘라스토머 (D)를 직렬 연결된 원심 분리기 및 탈수 압출기에서 그래프트 엘라스토머 (D)의 중량에 대하여 잔류 수분 함량이 10 내지 23 중량%가 되도록 탈수시키는 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 그래프트 엘라스토머 (D)가 부타디엔 고무, 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔 고무, 스티렌-아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔 고무로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 그래프트상 (A)이 스티렌-아크릴로니트릴 공중합체, 폴리스티렌, 폴리메틸 메타크릴레이트, 폴리염화비닐, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 폴리옥시메틸렌, 폴리메틸 메타크릴레이트, 폴리페닐렌 황화물, 폴리술폰, 폴리에테르 술폰 및 폴리아미드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지 (B)가 스티렌-아크릴로니트릴 공중합체, 폴리스티렌, 폴리메틸 메타크릴레이트, 폴리염화비닐, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 폴리옥시메틸렌, 폴리메틸 메타크릴레이트, 폴리페닐렌 황화물, 폴리술폰, 폴리에테르 술폰 및 폴리아미드로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 혼련 바아에 의한 이송이 배출 대역 내에서 수행되는 방법.
- (ⅰ) 각각 주변부 및 그 주변부를 따라 배치된 혼련 바아를 갖는 다수의 원반이 각각 제공된 2개 이상의 병렬 스크류,(ⅱ) 부속품을 갖고 2개 이상의 유입구 및 배출구를 함유하는 하우징,(ⅲ) 스크류를 회전시키기 위한 수단, 및(ⅳ) 가열 및 냉각 시스템을 포함하며, 혼련 바아 중 적어도 일부는 그의 운동 방향에 대해, 회전 스크류가 배출구로부터 유입구를 향해 열가소성 물질의 적어도 일부를 이송시키는 각도로 위치하며, 혼련 작용을 통한 기계적 에너지 대 표면을 통한 열 에너지의 비율이 4:1 내지 1:6이 되도록 상기 기계적 에너지 및 열 에너지를 도입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 물질을 가공하기 위한 배합 반응기.
- 제9항에 있어서, 3개 내지 5개의 원반상의 혼련 바아가 상기 각도로 설치된 배합 반응기.
- 제1항의 방법에 의해 제조된 성형 조성물.
- 제11항의 성형 조성물을 포함하는 성형품.
