Claims (3)
- 플레이트의 외주연(外周緣)을 따라, 실 부재 장착홈의 외방단(外方端)이 개방되도록 형성된 플레이트 본체와,상기 플레이트 본체의 상기 실 부재 장착홈 내에 장착되어, 탄성부재로 형성된 무단상(無端狀)의 실 부재를 갖는 진공용 게이트 밸브로서,상기 실 부재의 단면형상은 정점(T)을 갖는 완만한 산모양으로, 이 정점(T)보다도 상기 실 부재 장착홈의 플레이트의 반대방향인 외측에 외측 경사면을 가지고, 상기 정점(T)보다도 상기 실 부재 장착홈의 플레이트를 향한 방향인 내측에 내측 경사면을 가지며, 또한, 상기 외측 경사면의 상기 실 부재 장착홈의 저면과 수직하는 방향에 대한 경사각을 θ1, 상기 내측 경사면의 상기 실 부재 장착홈의 저면과 수직하는 방향에 대한 경사각을 θ2, 상기 실 부재 장착홈의 저면의 폭을 S로 했을 때,상기 실 부재 장착홈의 플레이트 수평방향에 있어서의 상기 정점(T)의 위치는 S/2보다도 상기 실 부재 장착홈의 플레이트를 향한 방향인 내측에 위치하고 있으며, 또한 θ1>θ2인 것을 특징으로 하는 진공용 게이트 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 외측 경사면의 하부에는 굴곡점(P)이 형성되어, 이 굴곡점(P)으로부터 추가적으로 상기 실 부재 장착홈의 플레이트의 반대방향인 외측을 향해 경사면의 경사가 완만해지는 보텀부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공용 게이트 밸브.
- 플레이트 본체의 실 부재 장착홈에 장착되는 실 부재로서,단면형상이 정점(T)을 갖는 완만한 산모양으로, 상기 정점(T)보다도 상기 실 부재 장착홈의 플레이트의 반대방향인 외측에 외측 경사면을 가지고, 상기 정점(T)보다도 상기 실 부재 장착홈의 플레이트를 향한 방향인 내측에 내측 경사면을 가지며, 또한, 상기 외측 경사면의 상기 실 부재 장착홈의 저면과 수직하는 방향에 대한 경사각을 θ1, 상기 내측 경사면의 상기 실 부재 장착홈의 저면과 수직하는 방향에 대한 경사각을 θ2, 상기 실 부재 장착홈의 저면의 폭을 S로 했을 때,상기 실 부재 장착홈의 플레이트 수평방향에 있어서의 상기 정점(T)의 위치는 S/2보다도 상기 실 부재 장착홈의 플레이트를 향한 방향인 내측에 위치하고 있으며, 또한 θ1>θ2인 것을 특징으로 하는 실 부재.
