Claims (12)
- 삭제
- 회전전기(回轉電機)와, 배터리와 상기 회전전기 사이에 개재되어, 상기 회전전기를 흐르는 전류를 제어하는 인버터를 구비한 회전전기 제어시스템으로서,
상기 배터리로부터 공급되는 배터리 전력을 도출하는 배터리 전력 도출수단과,
상기 회전전기의 출력 토크를 제한하는 토크 제한수단과,
상기 배터리 전력의 변화율 및 상기 회전전기의 회전속도의 변화율 중 적어도 한쪽에 근거하여 상기 배터리 전력이 급변하는 급변상태를 추정하는 배터리 전력 급변추정수단을 구비하며,
상기 토크 제한수단은, 상기 배터리 전력이 급변하지 않는 비(非)급변상태에 있어서의 출력 토크의 제한 형태에 대하여, 상기 배터리 전력 급변추정수단에 의하여 상기 급변상태가 추정된 경우에, 상기 출력 토크의 제한 형태를 변경하고,
상기 배터리 전력이 급변하지 않는 비급변상태일 때, 상기 배터리 전력 도출수단에서 도출되는 상기 배터리 전력이 과대인지의 여부를 판정하는 과대시 역치(threshold value)보다 배터리 전력이 큰 과대시에, 상기 토크 제한수단이 토크 제한을 실행하고,
상기 배터리 전력이 급변하는 급변상태일 때, 상기 과대시 역치보다 작은 값이 되는 급변시 역치보다 상기 배터리 전력이 큰 급변시에, 상기 토크 제한수단이 토크 제한을 실행하는 회전전기 제어시스템. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 배터리 전력 급변추정수단은, 상기 배터리 전력의 변화율이 큰지의 여부를 판정하는 판정 역치인 배터리 전력 급변 역치보다 상기 배터리 전력이 큰 경우, 혹은, 상기 회전전기의 회전속도의 변화율이 큰지의 여부를 판정하는 판정 역치인 회전속도 급변 역치보다 회전속도의 변화율이 큰 경우에, 배터리 전력이 급변하고 있다고 추정하는 회전전기 제어시스템. - 청구항 2 또는 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 배터리 전력 도출수단은, 상기 회전전기의 실(實)회전속도와, 상기 회전전기에 요구되는 요구 토크에 근거하여 상기 배터리 전력을 도출하는 회전전기 제어시스템. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 과대시에, 상기 토크 제한수단이 토크 제한을 실행하는 경우에, 과대시에 허용할 수 있는 배터리 전력의 최대치인 과대시 제한전력에 근거하여, 토크 제한값을 구하는 과대시 토크 제한값 도출수단을 구비하는 회전전기 제어시스템. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 급변시에, 상기 토크 제한수단이 토크 제한을 실행하는 경우에, 급변시에 허용할 수 있는 배터리 전력의 최대치인 급변시 제한전력에 근거하여, 토크 제한값을 구하는 급변시 토크 제한값 도출수단을 구비하는 회전전기 제어시스템. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 급변시에, 상기 토크 제한수단이 토크 제한을 실행하는 경우에, 급변시에 허용할 수 있는 배터리 전력의 최대치인 급변시 제한전력에 근거하여, 토크 제한값을 구하는 급변시 토크 제한값 도출수단을 구비하는 회전전기 제어시스템. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 과대시에, 상기 토크 제한수단이 토크 제한을 실행하는 경우에, 과대시에 허용할 수 있는 배터리 전력의 최대치인 과대시 제한전력에 근거하여, 토크 제한값을 구하는 과대시 토크 제한값 도출수단과,
상기 급변시에, 상기 토크 제한수단이 토크 제한을 실행하는 경우에, 급변시에 허용할 수 있는 배터리 전력의 최대치인 급변시 제한전력에 근거하여, 토크 제한값을 구하는 급변시 토크 제한값 도출수단을 구비하며,
상기 과대시 제한전력이, 상기 급변시 제한전력보다 큰 회전전기 제어시스템. - 청구항 5 내지 청구항 8 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 회전전기는, 모터로서 작동하는 회전전기를 포함하여 이루어지고,
상기 토크 제한값이, 허용할 수 있는 배터리 전력의 최대치인 제한전력과, 상기 회전전기가 모터로서 작동하기 위하여 필요하게 되는 모터 손실에 근거하여 도출되는 회전전기 제어시스템. - 청구항 5 내지 청구항 8 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 회전전기는, 발전기로서 작동하는 제1 회전전기와, 모터로서 작동하는 제2 회전전기를 포함하여 이루어지고,
상기 토크 제한값이, 허용할 수 있는 배터리 전력의 최대치인 제한전력과,
상기 제2 회전전기가 모터로서 작동하기 위하여 필요하게 되는 전력과,
상기 제1 회전전기가 발전기로서 작동하기 위하여 필요하게 되는 전력에 근거하여 도출되는 회전전기 제어시스템. - 청구항 5 내지 청구항 8 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 회전전기는, 모터로서 작동하는 회전전기를 포함하여 이루어지고,
상기 토크 제한값을 구함에 있어서, 모터 회전속도의 변화율과 제어 지연에 근거하는 계수(係數)의 적산값과 현재의 모터 회전속도의 합으로서 얻어지는 모터 회전속도 예측값에 근거하여 상기 토크 제한값을 구하는 회전전기 제어시스템. - 청구항 11에 있어서,
상기 회전전기는, 발전기로서 작동하는 회전전기를 포함하여 이루어지고,
상기 토크 제한값을 구함에 있어서, 발전기 전력의 변화율과 제어 지연에 근거하는 계수의 적산값과 현재의 발전기 전력의 합으로서 얻어지는 발전기 추정전력 예측값에 근거하여 상기 토크 제한값을 구하는 회전전기 제어시스템.
