Claims (6)
- 기상 중, 촉매 존재하, 1,1,1,3,3-펜타플루오로프로판을 탈불화수소 반응시켜서 1,3,3,3-테트라플루오로프로펜을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 지르코늄 화합물을 금속산화물 또는 활성탄에 담지한 지르코늄 화합물 담지 촉매를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 1,3,3,3-테트라플루오로프로펜의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,금속산화물이 알루미나, 지르코니아, 티타니아, 마그네시아만으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인, 1,3,3,3-테트라플루오로프로펜의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,지르코늄 화합물이, 산화물, 불화물, 염화물, 불화염화물, 옥시불화물, 옥시염화물, 옥시불화염화물만으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인, 1,3,3,3-테트라플루오로프로펜의 제조방법.
- 기상 중, 촉매 존재하, 1,1,1,3,3-펜타플루오로프로판을 탈불화수소 반응시켜서 1,3,3,3-테트라플루오로프로펜을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 촉매로서 지르코니아를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 1,3,3,3-테트라플루오로프로펜의 제조방법.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,얻어진 1,3,3,3-테트라플루오로프로펜을 포함하는 생성물로부터, 미리 불화수소를 분리한 후, 물 또는 알칼리성 수용액으로 세정하여 산성물질을 제거하고, 건조한 후, 증류함으로써 유기 불순물을 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 1,3,3,3-테트라플루오로프로펜의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,얻어진 1,3,3,3-테트라플루오로프로펜을 포함하는 생성물로부터, 미리 불화수소를 분리한 후, 물 또는 알칼리성 수용액으로 세정하여 산성물질을 제거하고, 건조한 후, 증류함으로써 유기 불순물을 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 1,3,3,3-테트라플루오로프로펜의 제조방법.
