Claims (4)
- 공조장치에 장비되고, 압축기로 압축된 냉매를 감압함과 함께 팽창시켜 증발기에 공급하는 팽창밸브로서, 상기 압축기로부터 보내져 오는 고압의 냉매가 유입되는 밸브실과, 해당 밸브실로부터 상기 증발기에 보내지는 냉매가 통과하는 제 1 통로와, 상기 증발기로부터 상기 압축기로 되돌아가는 냉매가 통과하는 제 2 통로와, 상기 밸브실과 상기 제 1 통로의 사이에 설치되는 밸브자리와, 상기 밸브자리와 병렬로 설치되어 상기 밸브실과 상기 제 1 통로를 연결하는 냉매실을 가지는 밸브 본체와, 상기 밸브자리에 접속 이탈하여 상기 밸브자리를 개폐하는 밸브체와, 상기 밸브체의 구동기구인 파워엘리먼트와, 상기 냉매실과 상기 제 1 통로의 사이에 설치되고, 상기 냉매실 내 및 상기 제 1 통로 내의 냉매를 외기 중으로 방출하는 상태와 방출하지 않는 상태를 변환 가능한 전자릴리프 밸브를 구비하여 이루어지는 전자릴리프 밸브부착 팽창밸브에 있어서,상기 전자릴리프 밸브는, 상기 냉매실에 연통하는 릴리프 밸브실을 가지는 릴리프 밸브 본체와, 상기 냉매실과 상기 제 1 통로의 사이에 설치된 릴리프 밸브자리와, 상기 릴리프 밸브실 내에 설치되어 상기 릴리프 밸브자리에 접속 이탈하여 해당 릴리프 밸브자리를 개폐함과 함께 상기 릴리프 밸브실 내의 냉매의 압력에 의하여 상기 릴리프 밸브자리에 맞닿은 상태를 유지하는 릴리프 밸브체와, 상기 밸브 본체에 형성되어 상기 릴리프 밸브실에 연통하는 파일럿 밸브실과, 해당 파일럿 밸브실과 외기로 개방되는 통로의 사이에 설치된 파일럿 밸브자리와, 상기 파일럿 밸브실 내에 설치되어 상기 파일럿 밸브자리에 접속 이탈하여 해당 파일럿 밸브자리를 개폐하는 파일럿 밸브체와, 해당 파일럿 밸브체에 연결되어 해당 파일럿 밸브체를 개폐방향으로 이동시키는 플런저와, 해당 플런저를 구동하는 전자코일을 구비하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자릴리프 밸브부착 팽창밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 릴리프 밸브체는, 상기 냉매실의 고압 냉매를 상기 릴리프 밸브실로 도입하는 간극을 상기 릴리프 밸브실과의 사이에 형성하는 단면형상을 가지는 것임을 특징으로 하는 전자릴리프 밸브부착 팽창밸브.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 전자릴리프 밸브는, 상기 릴리프 밸브 본체로부터 바깥쪽을 향하여 돌출하도록 한쪽 끝이 상기 릴리프 밸브 본체에 고정됨과 함께, 상기 플런저가 이동 자유롭게 삽입된 파이프부재와, 해당 파이프부재의 다른쪽 끝에 고정된 흡인자와, 해당 흡인자와 상기 플런저의 사이에 설치되어 상기 플런저를 상기 파일럿 밸브자리를 향하여 가세하는 스프링을 구비하고, 상기 전자코일은, 상기 파이프부재의 바깥 둘레부에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자릴리프 밸브부착 팽창밸브.
