- 파장 400 nm 내지 800 nm의 가시 영역에서의 광투과율의 저하가 2 % 이내인 폴리아믹산을 함유하는 기재 중합체, 착색제 및 용제를 포함하고, 상기 착색제로서 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 구조를 갖는 안료 유도체를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 필터용 착색 조성물.<화학식 1>A(B)x(C)y{식 중, x는 0에서 4까지의 수이고, y는 1에서 8까지의 수이며, A는 퀴나크리돈, 안트라퀴논, 페릴렌, 인디고, 퀴노프탈론, 이소인돌리논, 이소인돌린, 디옥사진 또는 디케토피롤로피롤의 착색기이고, B는 A에 함유되는 질소 원자와 카르바메이트를 형성하여 결합한 치환기이며, 하기의 화학식 2로 표시되고, C는 A에 함유되는 방향환에 결합하고 있는 측쇄기이며, 할로겐, 시아노기, 알킬기(-(CH2)nCH3, n은 0에서 20까지의 정수), 알콕실기(-0-(CH2)mCH3, m은 0에서 20까지의 정수), 또는 옥시메틸렌기(-0-(CH2-0)kCH3, k는 0에서 20까지의 정수)로부터 선택되고, 이들 중 알킬기나 알콕실기에 있어서는 중합 부가기를 포함할 수도 있다}.<화학식 2>(여기서, R1은 알킬기, 또는 치환기를 갖는 아릴기로부터 선택됨)
- 파장 400 nm 내지 800 nm의 가시 영역에서의 광투과율의 저하가 2 % 이내인 폴리아믹산을 함유하는 기재 중합체, 착색제 및 용제를 포함하고, 상기 착색제로서 하기 화학식 11로 표시되는 구조를 갖는 프탈로시아닌 유도체를 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 필터용 착색 조성물.<화학식 11>Pc(M)(C)y(D)z{식 중, y는 1에서 16까지의 수이고, z는 0에서 2까지의 수이며, Pc는 프탈로시아닌이고, M은 H2, Ni, Zn, Cu, Fe, V, Ti, Si 또는 Ge이고, C는 Pc에 함유되는 방향환에 결합하고 있는 측쇄기이며, 염소, 알킬기(-(CH2)nCH3, n은 0에서 20까지의 정수이다), 알콕시기(-0-(CH2)mCH3, m은 0에서 20까지의 정수), 옥시메틸렌기(-0-(CH2-0)kCH3, k는 0에서 20까지의 정수), 또는 알콕시실란 잔기 (-Si(-O-(CH2)mCH3)3, m은 0에서 20까지의 정수)로부터 선택되고, 이들 중 알킬기나 알콕실기에 있어서는 중합 부가기를 포함할 수도 있으며, D는 M에 결합하며 산소 원자를 스페이서로 한 치환기로서 하기의 화학식 12로 표시된다}.<화학식 12>(여기서, R1은 알킬기, 또는 치환기를 갖는 아릴기로부터 선택됨)
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 용제로서 N-메틸피롤리돈 및(또는) 감마-부티로락톤이 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 필터용 착색 조성물.
- 제1 방향으로 연장하여 제1 방향과 교차하는 제2 방향으로 병설된 복수의 주사 배선 및 상기 제2 방향으로 연장하여 제1 방향으로 병설된 복수의 신호 배선, 및 상기 주사 배선과 상기 신호 배선의 각 교차부에 형성된 복수의 컬러 화소를 갖는 제1 기판,상기 복수의 화소의 각각에 대향하도록 배치된 복수색의 컬러 필터를 갖는 제2 기판,상기 제1 기판과 상기 제2 기판의 접합 간극에 봉지된 액정층, 및상기 주사 배선의 주사 신호를 공급하는 주사선 구동 회로와, 상기 신호 배선에 영상 신호를 공급하는 신호선 구동 회로를 적어도 구비하는 표시 장치로서,상기 컬러 필터가 제2항 또는 제3항에 기재된 컬러 필터용 착색 조성물로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제1 방향으로 연장하여 제1 방향과 교차하는 제2 방향으로 병설된 복수의 주사 배선 및 상기 제2 방향으로 연장하여 제1 방향으로 병설된 복수의 신호 배선, 및 상기 주사 배선과 신호 배선에 평행하게 설치된 전류 공급선, 상기 주사 배선과 상기 신호 배선과의 각 교차부에 형성된 백색을 발광하는 유기 발광층으로 구성된 복수의 화소를 갖는 제1 기판,상기 복수의 화소의 각각에 대향하도록 배치된 복수색의 컬러 필터를 갖는 제2 기판, 및상기 주사 배선의 주사 신호를 공급하는 주사선 구동 회로와, 상기 신호 배선에 영상 신호를 공급하는 신호선 구동 회로를 적어도 구비하는 표시 장치로서,상기 컬러 필터가 제2항 또는 제3항에 기재된 컬러 필터용 착색 조성물로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
