Claims (10)
- 메인 스위칭 소자를 이루는 메인 NMOS 트랜지스터와;상기 메인 NMOS 트랜지스터의 게이트 단자를 구동하는 드라이버와;상기 메인 NMOS 트랜지스터의 소스 단자와 상기 드라이버의 전원 단자 사이에 접속되는 제1 용량과;입력 전원에 이르는 경로와 상기 드라이버의 전원 단자 사이에 접속되는 제1 스위칭 소자를 포함하고,상기 제1 스위칭 소자는 상기 메인 NMOS 트랜지스터가 도통일 때에 비도통으로 되고, 상기 메인 NMOS 트랜지스터가 비도통일 때에 도통으로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 DC-DC 컨버터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 스위칭 소자는 백게이트 단자가 상기 입력 전원에 이르는 경로측의 단자에 접속되는 NMOS 트랜지스터인 것을 특징으로 하는 DC-DC 컨버터.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 입력 전원과 상기 제1 스위칭 소자 사이에, 상기 입력 전원으로부터 급전되는 입력 전압을 강압하는 강압 레귤레이터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 DC-DC 컨버터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 스위칭 소자는 백게이트 단자가 상기 드라이버의 전원 단자측의 단자에 접속되는 PMOS 트랜지스터인 것을 특징으로 하는 DC-DC 컨버터.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 PMOS 트랜지스터의 게이트 단자를 구동하고, 상기 전원 단자가 상기 드라이버의 전원 단자에 접속되어 이루어지는 구동 회로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 DC-DC 컨버터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 스위칭 소자와 상기 드라이버의 전원 단자 및 상기 제1 용량의 접속점 사이에 설치되는 제2 스위칭 소자와;상기 제1 스위칭 소자 및 상기 제2 스위칭 소자의 접속점과 상기 메인 NMOS 트랜지스터의 소스 단자 사이에 접속되는 제2 용량과;상기 메인 NMOS 트랜지스터의 도통 지령이 활성 상태이면서, 상기 제1 용량의 단자간 전압이 소정 전압 이하인 경우에, 상기 제2 스위칭 소자를 도통하는 제2 스위칭 소자 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 DC-DC 컨버터.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제1 스위칭 소자는 백게이트 단자가 상기 드라이버의 전원 단자측의 단자에 접속되는 제1 PMOS 트랜지스터인 것을 특징으로 하는 DC-DC 컨버터.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제1 PMOS 트랜지스터의 게이트 단자를 구동하고, 전원 단자가 상기 제1 스위칭 소자와 상기 제2 스위칭 소자의 접속점에 접속되어 이루어지는 제1 구동 회로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 DC-DC 컨버터.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제2 스위칭 소자는 백게이트 단자가 상기 드라이버의 전원 단자측의 단자에 접속되는 제2 PMOS 트랜지스터인 것을 특징으로 하는 DC-DC 컨버터.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제2 PMOS 트랜지스터의 게이트 단자를 구동하고, 전원이 상기 제1 스위칭 소자와 상기 제2 스위칭 소자의 접속점에 접속되어 이루어지는 제2 구동 회로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 DC-DC 컨버터.
