Claims (20)
- 둘 이상의 전지셀들을 병렬 연결하여 전지셀들 상호간의 전압차를 최소화하기 위한 전지셀 전압 밸런싱 장치로서,
둘 이상의 전지셀들이 각각 장착되는 구획부들이 상향 개방된 구조로 형성되어 있는 절연성 본체;
상기 절연성 본체에 장착된 전지셀의 양극 및 음극을 인접한 전지셀의 양극 및 음극에 연결하도록 절연성 본체의 양측 단부에 각각 위치하는 단자 연결부들; 및
상기 구획부에 대한 전지셀의 장착과 상기 단자 연결부들에 대한 전지셀 전극단자의 전기적 연결이 이루어지도록, 전지셀들이 장착된 상태에서 구획부들의 장착 폭을 가변적으로 조절하는 폭 조절부;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀 전압 밸런싱 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지셀은 양극과 음극이 양 단부에 각각 위치하는 구조의 판상형 또는 각형 전지셀인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀 전압 밸런싱 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 전지셀은 수지층과 금속층을 포함하는 라미네이트 시트의 전지케이스에 양극/분리막/음극 구조의 전극조립체가 전해액과 함께 내장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀 전압 밸런싱 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 절연성 본체는, 전지셀 전극단자가 단자 연결부들에 대응하는 위치로 구획부에 전지셀을 장착할 때, 전지셀의 하부 양면을 감싸는 장착부들; 및 상기 단자 연결부가 설치될 수 있도록 상기 장착부들의 양측 단부로부터 상향 연장되어 있는 측면부들;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀 전압 밸런싱 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 단자 연결부는, 전지셀의 전극단자에 접촉될 수 있도록 절연성 본체의 측면에 장착되어 있는 제 1 연결부; 및 상기 제 1 연결부를 인접한 단자 연결부의 제 1 연결부와 전기적으로 연결하는 제 2 연결부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀 전압 밸런싱 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 연결부는 도전성 스트립이고, 제 2 연결부는 도전성 와이어인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀 전압 밸런싱 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 도전성 스트립은 전지셀의 전극단자에 탄력적으로 가압되면서 접촉될 수 있도록 전극단자 대면 부위가 절곡되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀 전압 밸런싱 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 도전성 스트립과 도전성 와이어는 도전성 나사에 의해 절연성 본체의 측면부에 함께 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀 전압 밸런싱 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 단자 연결부는, 1개의 도전성 스트립에, 양측에 각각 위치하는 측면부들의 단자 연결부들을 각각 전기적으로 연결하는 2개의 도전성 와이어들이 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀 전압 밸런싱 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 구획부들은 베이스 플레이트 상에 탑재되어 있고,
상기 폭 조절부는, 양 단부들이 베이스 플레이트에 고정된 상태로 구획부들을 관통하는 1개 이상의 바(bar); 구획부들 사이에 각각 위치하도록 상기 바에 장착되어 있는 압축 스프링들; 및 상기 베이스 플레이트의 일측에 고정된 상태로 최외측 구획부와의 거리를 조절하는 핸들;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀 전압 밸런싱 장치. - 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 핸들은, 베이스 플레이트로부터 상향 연장되어 있고, 관통홈을 포함하고 있는 고정 플레이트; 최외측 구획부의 외면에 설치되어 있고, 내면에 나사선이 형성되어 있는 나사선 관통홈을 포함하고 있는 가변 플레이트; 및 상기 고정 플레이트의 관통홈과 가변 플레이트의 나사선 관통홈을 통과하는 구조로 고정 플레이트에 고정되어 있고, 외면에 나사선이 형성되어 있는 스크류 바(screw bar);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀 전압 밸런싱 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 전지셀들의 전압을 측정하고 측정된 전압과 밸런싱 시간을 표시하는 검출/표시부를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀 전압 밸런싱 장치.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 검출/표시부는, 전압 측정기; 절연성 본체의 측면부에 설치되어 있는 검출 단자; 상기 검출 단자를 전압 측정기에 연결하는 도전성 와이어; 및 검출 전압 및 밸런싱 시간을 표시하는 모니터;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀 전압 밸런싱 장치.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 검출 단자 중 양극 검출 단자는 측면부들 각각에 설치되어 있고, 음극 검출 단자는 하나의 측면부에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀 전압 밸런싱 장치.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 음극 검출 단자는 측면부의 음극 단자 연결부 중 도전성 스트립 상에 함께 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀 전압 밸런싱 장치.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 2개의 음극 단자 연결부들이 하나의 측면부에 각각 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀 전압 밸런싱 장치.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 검출/표시부로부터 얻어진 결과를 바탕으로 밸런싱 여부를 제어하는 제어부를 추가로 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀 전압 밸런싱 장치.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 상기 밸런싱은 병렬 연결한 결과 평준화된 각각의 전지셀들의 전압이 0.001V의 단위까지 일치하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀 전압 밸런싱 장치.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는 퍼스널 컴퓨터(PC)인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀 전압 밸런싱 장치.
- 제 1 항에 따른 전지셀 전압 밸런싱 장치를 사용하여 전압차를 최소화한 둘 이상의 전지셀들을 포함하는 전지모듈.
