즉 작동 장치(파워 요소)에 작용하는 고압 냉매의 압력은 작동봉과 동축상으로 배치된 파이프 형태의 가이드 부재의 소경부 내를 통해 대경부에 이르고, 또한, 상기 대경부에 슬라이딩 가능하게 수용된 다이어프램과 맞닿는 스토퍼 부재에 작용하고, 고압 냉매의 압력에 기초하여 작동 기구의 조작력은 스토퍼 부재로부터 작동봉을 경유해 밸브 부재에 작용한다.
Claims (2)
- 밸브 본체와, 이 밸브 본체 내에 형성되어 고압측 냉매가 도입되는 입구 냉매 유로와, 상기 밸브 본체 내에 형성되어 상기 입구 냉매 유로에 의해 도입된 냉매가 유입하는 밸브실과, 상기 밸브실 내에 마련되는 밸브 시트의 개구에 연통하는 교축 유로와, 상기 밸브 시트에 붙었다 떨어졌다 하여 상기 교축 유로의 개도를 조정하는 밸브 부재와, 상기 밸브 본체에 구비되어 상기 밸브 부재를 변위시키는 밸브 부재 작동기구와, 상기 밸브 본체 내에 형성되어 상기 교축 유로에서 감압 팽창한 냉매를 증발기에 공급하는 출구 냉매 유로와, 상기 밸브 본체에 일체로 조립 부착된 전자 밸브를 구비하고, 상기 밸브 부재 작동 기구는 하우징과, 작동 유체가 충전된 작동실을 상기 하우징 내부에 장착되는 다이어프램과, 이 다이어프램에 있어서 상기 작동실과 반대측의 면에 맞닿는 스토퍼 부재와, 이 스토퍼 부재를 거쳐 상기 다이어프램의 동작을 상기 밸브 부재에 전달하는 작동봉을 가지고, 상기 밸브 본체에 상기 하우징의 상기 스토퍼 부재가 수용된 챔버 및 상기 밸브실에 연통된 연통실과, 이 연통실과 상기 출구 냉매 유로를 연통하는 통로가 형성되고, 이 통로를 상기 전자 밸브로 개폐하는 전자 밸브 일체형 팽창 밸브로서,상기 작동봉과 동축상에 배치된 파이프 형태의 가이드 부재를 설치하고, 이 가이드 부재는 상기 스토퍼 부재를 슬라이딩 가능하게 수용하는 대경부와, 상기 연통실로부터 공급되는 고압 냉매를 상기 스토퍼 부재에 안내하는 통로를 상기 작동봉과의 사이에 형성하는 소경부를 가지고, 상기 대경부의 내주면과 상기 스토퍼 부재의 사이에 틈을 밀봉하는 밀봉 부재를 둔 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 밸브 일체형 팽창 밸브.
