- 표시장치로서,복수의 화소를 각각 포함하는 복수의 패널과,서로 접속되는 제 1 케이스 및 제 2 케이스를 구비하고,상기 복수의 패널 중 적어도 하나는, 표면에 제 1 표시면을 갖고 이면에 제 2 표시면을 갖는 양면 발광형 패널이며,상기 양면 발광형 패널은, 상기 제1 케이스에 접속되고, 상기 제 1 케이스와 상기 제 2 케이스와의 사이에 위치하고,상기 표시장치가 상기 제 1 케이스와 상기 제 2 케이스의 접속 부분에서 접힐 때, 상기 제 1 케이스와 상기 제 2 케이스가 상기 양면 발광형 패널을 사이에 두고 중첩하고,상기 제 1 표시면은제 1 구동 TFT와,상기 제 1 구동 TFT에 전기적으로 접속되고, 반사재료를 포함하는 제 1 화소전극과,상기 제 1 화소전극 위의 제 1 EL층과,상기 제 1 EL층 위의 투광성 재료를 포함하는 제 1 대향전극을 포함하고,상기 제 2 표시면은제 2 구동 TFT와,상기 제 2 구동 TFT에 전기적으로 접속되고, 투광성 재료를 포함하는 제 2 화소전극과,상기 제 2 화소전극 위의 제 2 EL층과,상기 제 2 EL층 위의 투광성 재료를 포함하는 제 2 대향전극과,상기 제 2 대향전극 위의 반사막을 포함하고,상기 제 1 EL 층으로부터 상기 제 1 대향전극의 방향으로 광이 방사되고,상기 제 2 EL 층으로부터 상기 제 2 화소전극의 방향으로 광이 방사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 케이스와 상기 제 2 케이스 중의 하나에 제 3 표시면을 더 구비하고,상기 표시장치는, 상기 제 1 표시면을 사용하는 제 1 표시상태와, 상기 제 2 표시면 및 상기 제 3 표시면을 사용하는 제 2 표시상태를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 표시 상태에 있어서, 두 개로 분할된 영상 중의 하나를 제 1 영상, 다른 하나를 제 2 영상으로 하고,상기 제 2 표시면에 상기 제1 영상을 표시하고, 상기 제 3 표시면에 상기 제 2 영상을 표시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 표시상태에 있어서, 상기 제 2 표시면과 상기 제 3 표시면에는 각각 별도의 영상을 표시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 표시장치는 휴대정보단말인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
