Claims (8)
- 적어도 (a) 담체, (b) 팔라듐 또는 백금, (c) 11족 원소 및 (d) 아세트산염으로 이루어지는 아세트산 알케닐 제조용 촉매의 제조방법으로서:담체에 알칼리 용액을 함침시키는 제 1 공정;상기 담체에 적어도 팔라듐 또는 백금을 함유하는 화합물 및 11족 원소를 함유하는 화합물을 포함하는 용액 A를 접촉시켜 더 함침시키는 제 2 공정;환원처리하는 제 3 공정; 및상기 담체에 아세트산염을 담지하는 제 4 공정을 포함하고,상기 제 1 공정에서 상기 담체에 담체의 흡수량의 0.9질량배 초과 1.0질량배 이하의 알칼리 용액을 함침시킨 후, 건조 처리 없이 이어서 상기 제 2 공정에서 상기 용액 A와 접촉시켜서 촉매 전구체를 형성하고, 또한 상기 알칼리 용액과 용액 A의 총량은 상기 담체의 흡수량의 1.1질량배 이상 10.0질량배 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 아세트산 알케닐 제조용 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 촉매는 적어도 (a) 담체, (b) 팔라듐 또는 백금, (c) 11족 원소, (d) 아세트산염 및 (e) 알칼리 토금속 원소로 이루어지고, 상기 용액 A는 (e) 알칼리 토금속 원소를 함유하는 화합물을 더 용해하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아세트산 알케 닐 제조용 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 (b) 팔라듐 또는 백금이 팔라듐인 것을 특징으로 하는 아세트산 알케닐 제조용 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 (c) 11족 원소가 금 또는 동인 것을 특징으로 하는 아세트산 알케닐 제조용 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 (e) 알칼리 토금속 원소는 바륨, 스트론튬, 마그네슘 및 칼슘 중 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 아세트산 알케닐 제조용 촉매의 제조방법.
- 저급 올레핀, 산소 및 아세트산을 원료로서 사용하는 아세트산 알케닐의 제조방법으로서:제 1 항에 기재된 아세트산 알케닐 제조용 촉매의 제조방법에 의해서 제조된 촉매를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아세트산 알케닐의 제조방법.
- 에틸렌, 산소 및 아세트산을 원료로서 사용하는 아세트산 비닐의 제조방법으 로서:제 1 항에 기재된 아세트산 알케닐 제조용 촉매의 제조방법에 의해서 제조된 촉매를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아세트산 비닐의 제조방법.
- 프로필렌, 산소 및 아세트산을 원료로서 사용하는 아세트산 알릴의 제조방법으로서:제 1 항에 기재된 아세트산 알케닐 제조용 촉매의 제조방법에 의해서 제조된 촉매를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아세트산 알릴의 제조방법.
