- 삭제
- 자동차의 등속조인트에 사용되는 부트를 조여 결합함에 본체 전방에 걸림수단을 갖는 체결부와 후방에는 결합수단이 구비된 조임부를 구성하는 체결밴드를 구성함에 있어서,
본체(2)상에 단차진 절곡요입부(4)을 기준으로 전방의 체결부(10)에는 가체결편(14)을 형성하고, 후방의 조임부(20)에는 전방조임구(26)와 상기 전방조임구(26)로 갈수록 점차 폭이 좁게 형성된 안내장공(24)을 상기 전방조임구(26)의 후방에 형성하되, 가체결시에는 상기 가체결편(14)이 상기 안내장공(24)의 후부에 삽입되며, 체결을 위해 조여질때는 상기 가체결편(14)이 상기 안내장공(24)에 안내지지되면서 전방조임구(26) 측으로 조여지도록 하여 밴딩되는 본체(2)의 편심을 방지하도록 구성하고, 상기 체결부(10)에 갖는 후방조임구(12)는 가체결시에는 안내장공(24)에 위치한 후 체결을 위해 조여질때는 전방조임구(26)의 저부에 위치하도록 함과 아울러 체결부(10)의 체결편(16)들이 조임부(20)의 안내장공(24)과 체결공(22)에 각각 걸림되게 결합케하고, 상기 절곡요입부(4)의 바닥부에는 체결부(10)의 삽지부(6)가 삽입되어 밴딩이 이루어지게 구성함을 특징으로 하는 등속조인트의 부트용 체결밴드. - 삭제
